What do you like best about Oleeo?

Oleeo is very flexible and allows a lot of highly configurable items within its platform. This is prevalent in workflows, decision actions, auto scores among many more. It has very strong support for high volume recruitment meaning more efficiency in processing large quantities of applications. I also really like the ease of exporting configuration out of the system. It allows me to clearly provide system logic in a clear format that can be shared with colleagues and clients to streamline project timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oleeo?

There are few things that can be frustrating with Oleeo. The performance can be quite slow and time consuming, especially with large process flows. There are features I have seen in other ATS platforms that I think Oleeo haven't quite implemented but are really useful tools, especially in the operational side of an organisation. Finally, I sometimes think that the user interface can look fairly basic and outdated compared to other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Oleeo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oleeo allows us the freedom to be able to configure highly complex processes without having to lean on Oleeo themselves to intervene. Having this sort of ownership really gives you a sense of value. We have multiple clients on our Oleeo instances and they have used it for quite some time and it allows them to acquire specific talent that is suited to their organisation.
