  ### 1. Excellent team collaboration with powerful social BI reporting

**What do you like best about Oktopost?**

What I like most about Oktopost is how well it supports collaboration across teams. The shared scheduling capabilities make it easy for multiple stakeholders to plan, review, and coordinate content in one place, helping maintain visibility and consistency across our social channels.

I also really value the Social BI and reporting functionality. The ability to build customised reports means we can focus on the metrics that matter most to different stakeholders, making it much easier to measure performance and demonstrate the impact of our social activity.

Another feature I find particularly useful is post tagging. Having a consistent tagging structure allows us to analyse content by campaign, topic, business area, or objective, giving much deeper insights into what is performing well and helping inform future content strategy.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

Overall, I'm very happy with Oktopost, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

The new beta video editor hasn't been particularly intuitive to learn. A more user-friendly interface, along with clearer guidance or templates, would make it much easier to use and encourage wider adoption.

Another frustration is having to manually reschedule Advocacy Stories every time I make an edit to a post. It would be great if the schedule could be retained when making minor changes, as this would save time and reduce repetitive admin.

A few additional enhancements that would make the platform even stronger include:

More flexibility when editing scheduled content in bulk.
Additional reporting visualisations and dashboard customisation options.

More advanced search and filtering capabilities within the content library to make it easier to find historic posts.

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oktopost solves several key challenges for our team, particularly around collaboration, reporting, and measuring the impact of our social media activity.

As a global business, it provides a central place for content planning, approvals, and scheduling, making it much easier for teams across different regions and functions to collaborate efficiently while maintaining governance and consistency.

The reporting capabilities are also a significant benefit. I use Oktopost to build our monthly and quarterly reports, as well as to monitor performance on a weekly basis against our social media OKRs. Having access to customised dashboards and reporting helps us quickly identify what's working, spot trends, and make more informed decisions about our content strategy.

The Advocacy platform also helps extend the reach of our content by enabling employees to share posts with their own networks, increasing visibility and engagement beyond our corporate channels.

  ### 2. Oktopost Saves Time with Calendar View, SocialBI Insights, and Advocacy Tools

**What do you like best about Oktopost?**

I spend most of my time on calendar view. The ability to see all your posts at once and drag/drop posts into slots is a great time saver. The SocialBI tool is also great for measuring performance and is used regularly in our reporting.

The advocacy capabilities have also been instrumental in the implementation of our employee advocacy programme. Our teams love the advocacy board and how easy it makes sharing company posts to your own profiles! We have been testing the new AI capabilities too - and the AI rewrite function is great for ensuring we don't publish a sea of identical posts across our employee profiles.

Finally, the Oktopost support teams have been great. Meghan is a fantastic account manager and always provides us with useful and timely support.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

Honestly no negatives that aren't consistent across all social tools - e.g. LinkedIn API limitations which are out of your control

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled to get employees to post on their own social profiles - and also found that sometimes when they did they were not posting brand-approved messages. Oktopost has boosted our employee post numbers, reach and engagement massively.

**What do you like best about Oktopost?**

Oktopost is by far the best social management tool I’ve used, and I take it with me to each new job. The user experience and overall flow are really intuitive, so there’s no bottleneck when it comes to figuring out a tricky tool or trying to find what I need.

I particularly like the reporting side of things - the dashboards and reports are really easy to read and personalise, which helps with my internal reporting. The advocacy features are also great. They’re easy to use and have definitely helped our advocacy programme expand, and I’ve had really positive feedback from advocates about the tool as well.

I also have to mention the support. Our CSM (shout out to Jen!) is fantastic - she’s always on hand to help with my questions, comes to our sessions with suggestions and ideas, and genuinely wants to see us succeed. The technical support team is incredibly helpful too; they’ve worked 1-1 with advocates when queries have come up on their side, and they’re always quick to resolve things.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

There's nothing to say for what I dislike.

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oktopost helps me organise everything in one place (scheduling, reporting, and advocacy) while speeding up what would otherwise be a very manual process. We run a lot of campaigns, and as a one-person social team I’m sometimes posting up to three times per day. With Oktopost’s intuitive scheduling, calendar, and editing features, I can manage all of this seamlessly.

The newer AI features have also helped me refine content and move faster, which frees up more time for strategy and campaign planning. On top of that, the advocacy feature is one of the best I’ve used, with AI capabilities that genuinely save advocates time. Since time is a huge blocker when it comes to motivating employees to engage, I’ve been really pleased with the results so far.

  ### 4. All-in-one social media tool with strong support

**What do you like best about Oktopost?**

We use Oktopost across our postal organization for everything related to social media — from publishing and community management to our employee advocacy program. We value having everything in one place. It makes our workflows more efficient and our analytics more meaningful.

The tool is very easy to use, both for us as social media managers and for our corporate influencers. The user interface is highly intuitive.
We also particularly appreciate the strong support and guidance from our Oktopost contact person, which goes far beyond troubleshooting and regularly provides us with valuable input.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

The German translation leaves much to be desired. It is clearly a machine translation and sometimes incorrect. While it can occasionally be amusing, it also causes confusion.  
One example: the English word “share” (as in how often something was shared) was translated as “Aktien,” which means corporate stock.

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for us is that with Oktopost we can do everything in one place and directly compare campaigns, for example. This makes our workflows much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Oktopost?**

The platform is incredibly easy-to-use, which means advocates can be onboarded extremely quickly. It can also be integrated into platforms such as HubSpot so you can tie social media activity back to ROI. I have always found the Oktopost team incredibly helpful and they are more than happy to help support you with any technical questions or provide advice on how to optimise your advocacy programme. There's also a good level of innovation with the video editing and AI capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

Overall, the pricing is reasonable but I do think the cost of adding an additional admin or board quite expensive.

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee advocacy is helping us maximise the reach of our brand on social media. Before Oktopost, we were relying heavily on the brand account. Oktopost is enabling us to turn employees into thought-leaders and brand ambassadors, and we're seeing an increased amount of traffic from organic social to high-value assets like customer case studies.

Oktopost is easy to use, intuitive, and makes managing social media content efficient. 

The employee advocacy feature is particularly strong and provides a simple, well-organised way for employees to share content. 

The team is also friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes for a great overall experience.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

Some features feel a little dated compared to other tools on the market, particularly around AI.

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oktopost helps us manage multiple social media accounts in one place, making it easier to plan, schedule, and measure content performance. 

It also provides visibility into both global and local account data, helping us understand what's working and make more informed decisions. 

Conversion tracking is another great feature, giving us insight into the impact of our social activity, although we're still relatively new to using it and have more opportunity to maximise its value.

**What do you like best about Oktopost?**

Publishing, advocacy, inbox, and analytics are unified in one tool. The dashboards are easy to build and straightforward to customize. Support and onboarding are top-notch, and I especially appreciate the proactive alerts about outages and backend issues. Overall, the tool feels fast and reliable. Advocates also report that the AI text functionality is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

I can’t tag items in bulk. As an admin, I also can’t manage advocates’ topic subscriptions from the back end. I don’t have enough visibility into the integrations to tell whether they’re actually adding value. On top of that, advocate licenses are pricey.

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to create polls and add the first comment directly on LinkedIn, but now I can do both right inside the tool. It saves me time and reduces the chance that I’ll forget or overlook that first comment.

Super easy to use, with a great UI. It’s priced reasonably for the market, especially when it comes to their advocacy licensing. I’ve been using Oktopost for four years now, and the support has consistently been top tier—they reply quickly and are able to resolve issues pretty swiftly.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

There isn’t much to dislike overall, but I’ve noticed that some AI content-writing tools outside of theirs feel slightly more refined.

Oktopost is helping to grow our brand outside of us just posting on our own channels. We have seen a huge uplift in brand identity since starting our advocacy program with them.

We've been using Oktopost for several years, managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, and it's made a real difference in how our marketing team operates. Scheduling and publishing content across channels from one central dashboard is very useful.
We really like the employee advocacy program. It lets us provide employees with pre-approved, on-brand content they can share with just a few clicks and exposes them to the most relevant content through use of the app. 
We've also appreciated having social media management and advocacy connected in one platform.  Overall, Oktopost has helped us extend our brand's reach in a way that feels authentic and measurable, and we'd recommend it to any B2B team looking to level up their social strategy.

**What do you like best about Oktopost?**

Oktopost makes it easy to manage all of our social media channels and track performance in one place. What I like most is the Social BI (analytics tool), which allows me to build customizable dashboards or use pre-built templates to focus on the KPIs and metrics that matter most, instead of sorting through unnecessary data. It makes reporting and data gathering much easier.

The setup is also easy, and the team has been helpful and responsive. I especially want to mention our account manager, Megan Brown. I worked with her at my previous company, and when I moved to my current company, I specifically asked to work with her again because she's fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Oktopost?**

The one feature I really dislike is the social listening tool. It pulls in a lot of irrelevant content while also missing posts that should be included, and it's harder and more confusing to set up than it should be.  Even after more than 3.5 years working with Oktopost, I haven't seen much improvement, so I ended up using a separate tool for social listening instead.

**What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oktopost helps me manage all of our social media channels in one place instead of checking each platform separately. It centralizes messages across platforms, makes it easier to track analytics and KPIs, and helps me schedule posts, monitor performance, and report on results more efficiently.
