I spend most of my time on calendar view. The ability to see all your posts at once and drag/drop posts into slots is a great time saver. The SocialBI tool is also great for measuring performance and is used regularly in our reporting.
The advocacy capabilities have also been instrumental in the implementation of our employee advocacy programme. Our teams love the advocacy board and how easy it makes sharing company posts to your own profiles! We have been testing the new AI capabilities too - and the AI rewrite function is great for ensuring we don't publish a sea of identical posts across our employee profiles.
Finally, the Oktopost support teams have been great. Meghan is a fantastic account manager and always provides us with useful and timely support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
