I appreciate how Okta continuously improves its user interface and security protocols. Recently, I’ve found the adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) and the integration with mobile biometrics (like fingerprint and Face ID) to be particularly efficient. While the core functionality is strong, I believe Okta could improve its admin dashboard by offering more granular real-time analytics and easier customization options.
