"Efficient Multi-Factor Authentication with Minor Latency Issues"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Okta?

I like how Okta offers multiple ways of authentication, such as mobile, email, and text, which I use for the apps in the bank, minimizing the chance of all apps getting blocked. Okta also has a larger network and provides a single click setup, making it easier compared to our previous solution, PingID, which had a more complex setup. I appreciate the "pane of glass" feature that allows end users to access all their apps easily. The setup was quick, taking less than a day, which was a big plus for us. What do you dislike about Okta?

Sometimes when we connect to different mainframe server centers, Okta takes significantly more time to authenticate, even though those servers have decent bandwidth. It would be great to use infrastructure as code to update new data center IP subnets to avoid manual UI changes and to insert Okta Access Gateway without breaking front-facing URLs.
