Okta provides excellent streamline and organizational services to track, monitor, secure and streamline identities within an organization. UI is easy to use and integrates easily with thousands of common applications like Google or Stripe. It also can integrate with custom built application - I build a dashboard for the organization that's authentication and authorization are managed via Okta. Downtime has been non-existent for us. The learning curve has been pretty steep. I took their courses and became certified in Okta systems and I still struggle with going to the right place and making the right changes. There's a lot of hidden nuances that if you're not trained in IAM management and IT Networking/Sec then it's easy to miss a required change for things to work. We utilize the Okta for Good program, so I can't comment on price much but we initially added on the Device Access but between me another IT tech, we couldn't figure out how to get it working so we eventually just dropped the extra.
