What do you like best about Okendo?

I really enjoy using Okendo because it makes managing customer reviews and user-generated content simple and efficient. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and offers great flexibility when collecting and showcasing customer feedback. I especially appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Shopify and how it helps build customer trust through authentic reviews. What do you dislike about Okendo?

While Okendo is generally easy to use, some features could offer more flexibility and customization.
