What do you like best about Okendo?

Okendo features I like are the Shareable Link survey channel, which let you skip a custom embed and developer work; the custom recommendation-page CTAs for linking LWR articles to quiz results; and the Klaviyo integration Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Okendo?

I've run into some limits, such as no quiz A/B testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping shoppers choose the right product. Mobility products are a considered purchase, and many shoppers aren’t sure whether they need a scooter, power chair, walker or something else. The quiz asks about their needs and narrows about 20 products down to a recommendation. It’s essentially a digital version of the guidance a sales rep would give on the phone.

Building trust with reviews. Star ratings and review counts show on product pages and on the quiz results. That social proof matters for higher-ticket items.

Understanding customers. The Survey feature collects first-hand data on customers’ needs and situations. That can inform product, content and marketing decisions beyond what analytics alone shows.

Growing and segmenting the email list. The quiz and survey capture emails with consent, and their answers can feed Klaviyo for more relevant follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
