What do you like best about Okendo?

Okendo is a genuinely strong partner for us at OENA® and integrates seamlessly with Klaviyo, which is where the real value shows up. The native sync between reviews, UGC and Klaviyo profiles makes it easy to build segments and flows based on real customer sentiment and behaviour, rather than just basic purchase data. The widget customisation, questions and attributes are straightforward to set up, and the whole experience feels lightweight for the customer but powerful on the backend for our marketing team. Overall it’s reliable, fast, and fits neatly into our existing tech stack rather than feeling like another bolt‑on tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Okendo?

One area that could be improved is the pricing and feature tier structure. At the moment it feels a bit fragmented, with useful capabilities spread across different plans in a way that isn’t always intuitive. A simpler, more progressive tiering model would make it easier to understand what you’re getting at each level and help smaller or growing brands access the features that actually move the needle, without having to jump straight into an enterprise-style plan. What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

At OENA®, we partner with brands that are serious about building trust through customer feedback. While some of them also use loyalty features, they primarily rely on Okendo as their reviews engine — collecting, showcasing and activating customer reviews to drive higher conversion and stronger social proof across their storefronts and lifecycle marketing.
