What do you like best about Okendo?

We were able to deliver the review experience for customers that we’ve always wanted, including fit information and AI summaries within reviews. The Okendo team also worked closely and quickly with us to migrate from our previous reviews platform, making the transition seamless.

The widget UI is customisable and allows us to collect data for attributes easily tailored to each product category. The pricing for the platform was competitive. Okendo integrates seamlessly with our Shopify techstack across CRM, Customer Service etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Okendo?

During onboarding, there were certain areas they said they would be able to take care of for us, but they ultimately weren’t able to. Nothing critical to launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

-Fit Guide slider to help customers understand how products fit

-Customers can share their usual size and size purchased

-Grouped reviews across product colourways/styles
