What do you like best about Okendo?

I enjoy the range of products that Okendo offers, along with their support. We started off with reviews and now have the full suite of products. It is also easy to use and people from our team have no issues seeing reviews or survey results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Okendo?

If there was a way to clone quizzes to connected stores, that would greatly help us reduce the time it takes to copy everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Okendo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Okendo, we only had customer reviews on our US store, but with Okendo we were able to syndicate reviews which made sharing reviews a lot easier. We also prefer sticking with one app that has a vast product offering, as we find that too many apps makes it hard to keep track and slows down our website. With Okendo, we can make quizzes, surveys and collect reviews all from one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
