As the manager of one of the offices, I like the OfficeZentral platform because I can monitor sales in real time. If any client needs to validate a service offered, I can search past transactions by client name and type of service, which allows me to help them more clearly. I also enjoy the benefit of being able to delete a transaction reported by the employee, something they cannot do, which allows for more control over incoming and outgoing money. This results in better control for both the client and the company. The ease of performing certain services and the way the platform is designed really make things easier.
