It is so helpful for new hires to find their way around the office and for office managers to keep track of seating, hoteling, conference rooms, and so much more. We have now added all of our amenities to our floorplan, including our AEDs and first aid kits, which is so helpful. We just added guest sign-in software, too (Greetly), which has been a huge help. Recommendations to others considering OfficeSpace Software: I have done demos with every other competitor for this type of software and OfficeSpace is by far the most affordable and with the best support service, hands down. With a hybrid office, it's difficult to know who is coming to the office and when. OfficeSpace can book a desk if they don't have one already assigned. We're in a new location than before the shutdown, so it has been hugely helpful for assisting employees finding things around the office. The guest sign in kiosk Greetly is great because it will send a message to the host of the guest on Slack and email, which means less for me to worry about at the front desk.
