What do you like best about Office Otter?

I get dozens and dozens of slack a day. Every slack is an ask from someone, a to-do list item. Being able to take slacks and send them over to my list in Office Otter is literally a life saver! For my work and my sanity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
