What do you like best about Office 365 for SAP ERP?

We can view and manage SAP data directly in Teams channels, we can use SAP data troughou most of the features of Teams like Video Call, chat, etc. This really helps from hectic tasks like switching between the apps/services. Another amazing feature is, we can manage the outlook email attachments/documents directly into the SAP, we can use drag and drop functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Office 365 for SAP ERP?

I can't think of any drawbacks at the moment apart from the technical experties we need to integrate its services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Office 365 for SAP ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrating MS Teams with SAP is really helpful, it allows us to manage/process SAP documents using Teams features like Call, chats, we can easily upoad the data to sharepoint from SAP via Teams. Using SAP with Outlook, I have seen, with just a click, we can transfer outlook emails to SAP, it really helps to keep it safe if it's no longer available in the outlook. We can also log into the SAP from the outlook if we successfully verify the request, and we get full control over the SAP with that log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
