What do you like best about OfferingTree?

That it is an all in one system - website, email automation, booking platform with lots of customisation. It was also well within my budget. There was a lot of support transferring clients over to the system and it was seamless. I had had a bad experience transferring from one previously and was nervous but the Offering Tree team reassured me and it was all very smooth. The system works really well - easy to use on mobile or desktop. They have recently introduced an ai assistant which is great to ask for specific reports or to amend the website for you. What do you dislike about OfferingTree?

The website design is a little challenging to get used to at first. Also there was an issue with the verification code creating a circle when people went via their phone's email provider into the site as when they went to the email they lost the website and couldn't then input the code. This hasn't happened with everyone, but I recommended they use a separate device to stop this happening. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OfferingTree solving and how is that benefiting you?

It replaced my website builder, my booking integrations, and my email automation provider, so everything is now in one system. It lets me set up email automations linked to my classes, so when a new person joins they receive an email explaining how to join, and they also get prompts to book in. The price is actually cheaper than my last two booking systems, and it outperforms all of them. Overall, it has made my life so much easier, with no unnecessary admin.
