What do you like best about Odro?

I like how easy it is to convert any format of a candidate's resume into a consistent, uniform company-wide structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odro?

It was a little hard when first using AssistCV/Odro to figure out the mechanics- i.e. couldn't edit the template after filling out some of the elements without losing work, but after chatting to the team this was resolved. There isn't anything right now that stands out as being an area for improvement, and even if there are small parts that my team identify as a ? for them, it's easy to speak with the team and either get it resolved or sent over as an idea for the development team. What problems is Odro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Odro, it was a whole entire process of either converting PDF resumes into word documents via Google Docs (clunky, not consistent, didn't transfer over all data), or typing up the resumes as word docs from scratch. Using Odro instead has saved us HOURS of time & has let my team have a variety of different templates for different clients which allows us to be really flexible to meet client needs.
