What do you like best about Odoo ERP?

The platform makes it easy to build and update our pages. Using pre-built blocks and templates can quickly create the page we want. It then makes edits on the live page and publishes instantly. Everything from blog articles, landing pages, forms, and live chat are included in the platform. The multi-language and multi-site options meant we could manage multiple markets using one database. Offers an extensive range of business tools at a fraction of the cost of traditional enterprise ERPs. There's lots of documentation available to help with most queries. The Odoo partner community and official support team can help with implementation and troubleshooting. This varies depending on our plan and the partner we go with. What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?

Major version upgrades cause issues with custom modules and will incur additional development costs. The builder is easy to use however it can be difficult to create very bespoke or unique designs without bespoke coding or development. Page speed and technical SEO will require some consideration and good hosting particularly on larger sites or shops. What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Odoo Website overcomes the issue of not connecting the website to the rest of our business. It’s part of the same platform as CRM, sales, and inventory so there is no manual input required. This ensures accurate data about our customers and orders. It also has one team managing marketing, sales, and operations. It acts as one central database. When we make a sale in the CRM, it automatically reserves stock in inventory, creates an entry in accounting, and updates customer information in real time.
