What do you like best about Odoo CRM?

With the help of this software you can manage your all lead, customers offline or online. You can manage your all leads stage-wise and also easy to search for any leads or customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Odoo CRM?

I found only the issue of the guest customers. You must need to create the first contact inside your system then you can convert it as an opportunity for new leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Odoo CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mapping duplicate contact and leads generated. We can map all duplicate customers or lead either archive or merged with similar leads. For existing contact, no need again to create a new contact in systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
