What do you like best about Octup?

The most helpful features of Octup have been its analysis and validation of our billing process. The methodology it provides for generating rules is straightforward and consistent, which helps us ensure accurate billing every week. Beyond general billing, the VAS module also includes features that make it easier to consolidate and approve VAS work in a way that feels simple and localized. What do you dislike about Octup?

The biggest downside is that I can’t take advantage of all the wonderful features of the application because we don’t have an API connection. That said, it’s still incredible how much value we can get from it, and I really appreciate the team’s flexibility in accepting weekly data drops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Octup solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit has been the time savings from moving away from so much manual entry. This has helped minimize errors and ensure consistent rule counts, while also shifting our billing team into a more analytical, auditor-style role. The time saved from no longer downloading data from 4–5 separate reports is significant, since it’s now consolidated into a single backup file that we can attach to the invoice.
