Very easy and intuitive to use. It's interface is basic, and not in a bad way. This makes it easy to navigate, and know where you are. Having very well defined tabs for each function, is a life saver, instead of having to navigate your way around a maze which too many CRM's do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If i had to make one change, it would be to allow messages be sent to the same person more than once, instead of having to delete the list of leads/messages sent. But this is just a small issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
