"Reminders that adapt to how people actually behave"
4.5/5
What do you like best about OCTA Core?

The personalization in the dunning logic is what I find most useful day to day. The system tracks how members and merchants interact with payment communications and adjusts accordingly. Someone who consistently pays after the second reminder gets treated differently from someone who needs a call. That sounds simple but most tools do not do it. It means the follow-up process feels less like a broadcast and more like it is actually calibrated to the person on the other end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OCTA Core?

Would be useful to have more visibility into why specific dunning sequences were triggered for individual accounts. The outcomes are clear but a bit more detail on the reasoning behind each sequence selection would help when reviewing edge cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
