What do you like best about Ocean.io?

Honestly, what I like most is that it doesn’t make you guess. Most tools just throw a ton of filters at you and expect you to already know your ICP. Ocean.io looks at the deals you’ve actually won, picks up the pattern, creates a segment and finds more companies like that. So you’re going off what’s really worked, not some gut feeling from a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ocean.io?

One area I’d really like to see improved is how announcements are handled for existing customers. I’d appreciate more proactive communication about updates and any changes to the platform, so it’s clearer what’s changing and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ocean.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me it takes the guessing out of prospecting. I used to build lists by hand and still reach out to companies that weren’t a fit. Ocean.io starts from the customers we’ve already won, finds companies just like them, and shows me why they match. It also does the research for me and flags changes like new funding or a new leader, so I know when to reach out.

Now it sits right in my CRM, building segments so I every day know which prospects to go after, with new insights and recommendations every day.

So I spend less time digging and more time talking to the right people, which ends up meaning more revenue down the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
