What do you like best about O-Valet?

They had some robust features that other competing products that we tested didn't have; and their support team is very professional with a cordiality that would make service-oriented company jealous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about O-Valet?

I wish I met them sooner. My clients have had many issues with managing valet-as-a-service; had they found O-Valet they would have saved hundreds of dollars in loss claims. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering O-Valet:

The product has a lot of features and it was designed for today's audience. If you are large hotel operation, it's important that your valet team is involved in the training sessions that they provide.
