Nyla's flexibility is top notch. As a creative retail business, we love how much freedom we have to update our assets and landing pages, paired with the user experience and attention to desktop vs mobile, and more. Our website speed has increased substantially and overall the appearance and customer experience is smooth and beautiful. It's a platform we use as part of our daily operations and management of the website, and it has transformed our accesibility to our own code as opposed to needing a web developer to adjust something as small as margins or text size. The implementation of Nyla onto our Shopify site was much faster than what it would have been with a traditional website redesign, and easily integrated with our marketing platforms such as Klaviyo and our Loyalty program. We don't dislike anything about Nyla. Their team is incredibly curious and solution oriented, and take feedback as well as implement updates that make the user expereince great. The only "downside" is that there is so much flexibility that it's important to understand the platform, but it's easy to pickup and the Nyla team is very responsive and helpful.
