NutShell has easy to use features. Importing contacts was simple using their template. Creating pipelines and adding leads is pretty intuitive. The overall user experience is laid out well and makes sense to a new user. One stand out feature is the AI help bot. I have needed settings changed in the admin portal and the AI help has solved each of them. and it provides step by step screen shots as your trying to find the next thing, super helpful in setting up and using a new CRM. Nutshell also integrates with our web platform and easily captures leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One thing that I didn't like was in the email calendar sync settings I didn't understand that I had turned on a feature that automatically sends calendar reminders to the contact of the activity or lead. I was able to get help in turning that feature off. I can see how that would be useful but It wasn't at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
