I've worked with CRMs that take weeks to get comfortable with, so I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our team adapted to Nutshell. Within just a few days, even the people who had never used a CRM before were updating deals, logging calls, and scheduling follow-ups without needing someone to walk them through every step. During the initial setup, we wanted our pipeline to reflect the way we actually manage clients, so we had a few questions about automations and user permissions. Support was quick, understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish, and pointed us toward a much cleaner setup instead of sending generic documentation. The onboarding process also made the rollout feel a lot smoother than I expected. More recently, I've started using some of the AI-powered features, especially the automatic call transcripts, meeting summaries, and smart activity logging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I remember running into a few small issues early on, and most of them disappeared after later updates. That's something I appreciate because it feels like the team behind the product is actively improving it instead of letting it sit unchanged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
