I really appreciate the amazing customer support from Nucleus; they are very proactive in listening to our needs and problems. It's been great to have built a partnership over the last three years. Also, I love that Nucleus has an API-centric design, allowing us to do a lot of things via the API, which is constantly improving. The modularity and the level of customization and automation rules are also standout features for me. I'd say the visibility could be improved, especially seeing what's going on behind the scenes in terms of processing. It's not just about the tool and processes but also about asset management. I think more in-depth visibility with Nucleus's asset inventory module would be beneficial.
