What do you like best about NTT Data Service Desk?
Previously, I have worked with NTT DATA and its service desk is so good, they provide seamless service to their customer. During service, if it is required for senior authority, they manage it immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about NTT Data Service Desk?
No cons, They provide nice service. If you call service any time, they work on it immediately and try to resolve it soon. You won't feel any harsh behavior from any agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
