What do you like best about Novus CPQ Consulting?

I have turned to Novus CPQ and Frank Sohn intermittently for advice and information in the CPQ space for almost ten years now. I have always found the advice well considered and focused on my company's specific needs, rather than general CPQ advice. Due to the nature of the CPQ space, it is extremely hard to find someone who is not biased or incentivized in favor of certain vendors; Frank is the rare analyst and consultant that can be counted on for unbiased advice. His industry knowledge is exceptional and he seems to know everyone and everything happening in the CPQ space. I also greatly appreciate the Novus CPQ podcast, which acts as a great resource both for people interested in the CPQ industry and also for people wanting to learn more about how to evaluate vendors or avoid common CPQ implementation mistakes.
