What do you like best about Novu?

What I like best about Novu is the combination of strong partnership and excellent developer experience.

Their team is highly responsive, collaborative, and genuinely open to feedback, which makes working with them feel like a true partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.

On the product side, the platform is well-documented with an intuitive API, making it easy for our team to implement and scale quickly. Everything just works as expected, and we’ve had no issues with stability.

What do you dislike about Novu?

There’s not much to dislike about Novu based on our experience so far.

If anything, as the platform continues to grow, we’d love to see even more advanced features and customization options to support increasingly complex use cases. That said, the team has been very receptive to feedback and proactive about incorporating improvements.

What problems is Novu solving and how is that benefiting you?

Novu is solving the complexity of managing notifications across multiple channels in a scalable and developer-friendly way.

Before Novu, orchestrating notifications (email, SMS, in-app, etc.) required significant custom development, ongoing maintenance, and coordination across systems. Novu centralizes that logic, making it much easier to manage workflows, templates, and delivery in one place.

For us, that’s translated into faster development cycles, reduced engineering overhead, and more flexibility to iterate on our notification strategy without heavy lifting. It’s also improved reliability and consistency in how we communicate with users.
