What do you like best about NovoPath?

We love the fact that Novopath support is super responsive. I know if I put a ticket in, we will have answers shortly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NovoPath?

There really has not been anything negative that we found with the system yet. We are a small lab, so we do not utilize all of the features, but it is nice to know they are there if we do grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NovoPath solving and how is that benefiting you?

Novopath has solved our issue of finding control tissue to use for special and IHC stains. When we implemented Novo360 they were able to tailor a management report to find cases within the system to use for tissue controls- saving us money from having to buy them or asking another lab to provide us with tissue.
