I really like NovoPath's integration team because they are quick to assist with multiple integration solutions. They did a good job of learning our path lab workflow and helped us integrate the app into our daily routine during implementation. The tight integration with third-party apps limits or even eliminates human intervention steps, like importing path results into the EMR or sending CDC reporting manually. NovoPath allows for EMR integration and decreases the risk of patient matching errors while also improving cancer reporting via HL7. The path report integration with EMRs is particularly beneficial.
