What do you like best about NovoGov?

I like how easy and user-friendly the platform is, I love the chat option the best/ quick/ easy and the customers love how quick the response time is.. I have not had any issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NovoGov?

Nothing I am happy with how easy it is to use.I wish the answers were shorter for the text quota for things I do not like as most times there are no bugs that bother me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering NovoGov:

The customers love it, people who are not computer savvy are able chat no problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NovoGov solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform makes it easy to fix our customer's problems that chat in/ I love how easy the platform is to work/ how fast we can get a response to a customer not only easy for me but also for the customers to operate, the older customers and not so computer friendly find it super easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
