What do you like best about Novara Flex?

I love how snappy Novara Flex is to use as a system administrator, with low load times and a user-friendly interface that makes quickly building new forms and workflows easy. Its API is great for doing reports in PowerBI. It also helps us by being a digital database for all of our responses, which we can use for reporting and for noticing trends. Being quick and online also makes notifications and training assignment easy. The initial setup was very easy, and our Customer Success Manager was incredibly helpful. What do you dislike about Novara Flex?

While it is very quick and friendly to an average user, I wish there was a way to dig into more functionality. Not being able to load historic data as form responses and limited abilities with conditional logic within forms hampers it a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Novara Flex solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Novara Flex to track incidents, manage forms, and facilitate training. It acts as a digital database for reporting and trend analysis, and its quick, online nature simplifies notifications and training assignments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
