I love how snappy Novara Flex is to use as a system administrator, with low load times and a user-friendly interface that makes quickly building new forms and workflows easy. Its API is great for doing reports in PowerBI. It also helps us by being a digital database for all of our responses, which we can use for reporting and for noticing trends. Being quick and online also makes notifications and training assignment easy. The initial setup was very easy, and our Customer Success Manager was incredibly helpful.
