A medium sized business can utilize this app for so many beneficial functions. Scheduling, tour checkpoints, customizable reports, geofence location and tracking, license expiration notifications, and so much more. There are a few issues like logging you out of your mobile app if you log in to your back office. If you are a manager it's a separate app then the staff app but it limits you to function in place of your staff if for instance a manager has to cover their shift. Also, a field manager cannot make reports or check in's about a site or guard. If you need this app for parking management, say at a condo or plaza, you cannot log license plates and search past violations for that vehicle or person regarding trespassing.
