My favorite feature is the intelligence tab where you are able to filter within all of your campaign and email flows where you're able to seamlessly view opens, clicks, and replies with sentiment analysis as an added bonus. I dislike that Nova does not have a dashboard on the email thread itself that shows how many times a recipient opened and clicked so that I'm able to have a more in-depth view besides just the left panel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
