"New Era: Attentive, Responsive, and a Custom Interface"

5/5

What do you like best about Nouvelle Époque?

Listening to the needs of our town hall. Responsiveness in exchanges and the construction of our personalized interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nouvelle Époque?

Today, there are no negative points identified in the working relationship with New Era. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nouvelle Époque solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have successfully consolidated eight different software programs we used daily (cemetery, urban planning, halls, identity documents, etc.) into a single interface (modern, intuitive, and scalable). We have also digitized and automated other processes, allowing us to eliminate repetitive and time-consuming tasks that did not add value. We have been able to put the town hall agents back at the (real) service of the public! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
