For our organization, this added the ability to provide anonymous reporting, which is valuable in helping us create and sustain the culture that we strive for. I also appreciate that there is a web app and mobile app version for use in multiple environments. Lastly, on the system, it is easy to report even if you are making a complicated report it doesn't take more than 5 minutes. I also appreciated our implementation and support throughout the process. I would like to have the ability to manually upgrade the severity or maybe in a future version have the ability to adjust the AI to fit our organization's needs even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
