"Private #Topic Tagging Makes Incident Notes Searchable and Review-Ready"
5/5
What do you like best about notivo?

Running a network ops team means a lot of my "performance data" is actually incident data-who handled what escalation, who stayed calm during an outage, who needs coaching on documentation. Notivo;s #topic tagging lets me tie those incidents directly to the people involved, so by the time a review or a 1:'1 comes around, I'm all just there, searchable. The fact that it's private to me (not visible to the team or logged in a shared system) means I'm honest in my notes instead o0f writing something I'd be comfortable with someone else reading. What do you dislike about notivo?

On-call and incident work happens at odd hours, and in the moment, the last thing i want to do is open an app and write a structured note- I usually jot something rough on my phone and clean it up later, which means the capture in the moment value proposition doesn't fully land for shift-based work. I'd like a faster, lower friction capture method for high-stress moments-even a voice note that gets transcribed and tagged automatically would help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
