"All-in-One Workspace with Unmatched Flexibility and Seamless Collaboration"
What do you like best about Notion?

I like that Notion brings all my work into one place—notes, tasks, documents, and project tracking all stay connected. The flexibility is the best part. I can create pages exactly the way I want, using templates, databases, tables, and linked views. Everything feels customizable without being complicated.

I also appreciate how smoothly collaboration works. Updates appear instantly, comments are easy to manage, and sharing pages with teammates is simple. The interface is clean, fast, and helps me stay organized without jumping between multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Notion is powerful, but it can feel slow at times, especially when loading large pages or databases. Some features also require a bit of a learning curve, so new users may feel overwhelmed at first. While the customization is great, it sometimes makes simple tasks take longer because you have to set up your own structure.

Offline support could also be better—Notion works best with a stable internet connection, and accessing or editing pages offline is still limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Notion Supercharged My Lead Generation Workflow and Bidding Efficiency"
What do you like best about Notion?

I love the ability to streamline workflows in Notion. I attended the Make with Notion conference this year in San Francisco and the demos opened my eyes to everything Notion is actually capable of. The AI features have drastically improved my business operations and given me back so much time to build custom software for my clients. Workload management has become a breeze with the tools I have built using Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Not much comes to mind, but the one limiting feature I would say is the ability to reference data between databases is complicated. I understand how to utilize relations and rollups, but there's a part of me that wishes Notion had some kind of spreadsheet functionality (cell references, etc) AS AN OPTION for building some specific tools. "The Backbone of Our GTM and AI-Native System"
What do you like best about Notion?

Notion finally gives us one place to think, plan, and actually get work done. It’s flexible enough to handle strategy documents, project workflows, meeting notes, GTM plans, basically everything we’d normally scatter across five different tools.

The biggest upside is how easily you can shape it around how your team actually works. Databases, linked views, templates, they let you build the exact system you need instead of forcing you into someone else’s structure. Once it clicks, it becomes the home base for the whole organisation.

It genuinely reduces noise. People stop asking “Where does this live?” because the answer is always in Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Notion’s superpower is its flexibility, but this is also the thing that trips people up the most. If you don’t put real structure behind it, it becomes messy fast: duplicate pages, random wikis, and everyone building their own version of the truth.

Large databases can get slow, permissions can be fiddly as the team grows, and someone does need to take ownership or it turns into a digital junk drawer. The mobile app also isn’t great for anything beyond quick checks.

None of this is a dealbreaker, but Notion isn’t a magic fix. It works brilliantly if you treat it like a system. If you don’t, it just becomes another place for clutter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outstanding Experience with Powerful Features"
What do you like best about Notion?

Notion is a great space for building a personal repository or knowledge base for personal or professional use. The signing-up and setting-up processes are almost frictionless and take a few minutes. Having both desktop and mobile apps is a handy feature I appreciate when implementing.

Since I am a "common user", I only had to contact Customer Support (once) for billing reasons. They were really helpful and provided me with a step-by-step email to solve my problem.

I really like the possibilities and potential outcomes of the "SPACES" or "DATABASES" features, since I can have both personal, professional and one-time projects in the same platforms. Many leading cloud services and programs can be easily integrated into the spaces, which streamlines my workflow.

That's why I use Notion almost daily for a wide variety of tasks, from preparing a packing list for a family trip that I can use before, during and after the trip to meeting notes I can share effortlessly with colleagues and supervisors. I really like how easy is to "duplicate" those notes to create an edited/updated/revised version to share with clients or other external stakeholders. Currently, I use Notion as an internal knowledge base to organise our SOPs and onboarding information for potential new employees, as we plan to hire in Q3 2026.

Finally, I'd really like the AI Notetaker for both virtual and in-person meetings, since it handles my three work languages (Spanish, English and Italian) effortlessly, providing both an accurate transcription and a streamlined task list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

At first glance, the structure can seem complex for some users. It takes a little while to get used to it.

Also, the keyboard shortcuts could confuse users who depend heavily on the mouse. However, after a couple of entries and some experimentation, I came to appreciate this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Organization with Powerful Relational Databases"
What do you like best about Notion?

I like that I can get rid of all my other scattered notes and start to have everything in one place. What makes that work best for me is to be able to create relational databases. I used to work with FileMaker Pro at my job years ago and didn't think I would be able to make something like work for my personal business, but Notion has been a lovely surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The only thing I don't like about Notion, now that I have upgraded to using Notion AI, is that messing around with it has become too fun. It can be a time suck making my Notion so complete and then making it pretty on top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized, Flexible, and Essential for Managing Complex Projects"
What do you like best about Notion?

What I appreciate most about Notion is its user-friendly interface and the flexibility it offers for organizing information in ways that suit both me and my team. I rely on it several times a day for project management, taking notes, and keeping track of tasks. The collaboration features make it straightforward to share updates and work together in real time. I also value how seamlessly it integrates with other essential tools, which helps keep our workflow centralized. Whenever we have questions, their support team is very responsive, and getting started with building out workspaces was a smooth process. In summary, Notion brings together ease of use, customization, and effective teamwork all in one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

One thing I find less ideal about Notion is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially with all the customization options and templates. It sometimes takes time to set up databases or complex workflows exactly how you want them. Additionally, offline access is limited, so working without an internet connection can be tricky. "Unmatched Flexibility and Smart Automation with Notion"
What do you like best about Notion?

The best aspect of Notion is its flexibility. You have blocks for every type of content you might need, which lets you create any workflow you can imagine. The block-based structure makes it simple to customize pages, databases, and more. Additionally, the integration of Notion AI makes everything even easier. Whenever you feel stuck, need ideas, or want tasks completed automatically, Notion AI can handle it for you. Why do hard work when you can work smart?

Pre-built Notion templates make it easy to get started, even at the very early stages, by providing ready-made structures you can adapt immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The app starts to feel slow and somewhat laggy once the number of database rows goes beyond around 90. While offline access is available, it often doesn't function properly for me. As for the UI/UX, it can be confusing for new users; it took me nearly a week to figure out how to use Notion effectively. The mobile experience is quite limited and, in my opinion, is almost useless. Additionally, the platform requires constant manual organization, otherwise things can become disorganized very quickly. "Effortless Content Creation, Stellar Automation"
What do you like best about Notion?

I love using Notion as a comprehensive documentation hub and for project planning, where it helps me maintain an organized record of decisions. Notion's powerful automations and integrations between different files, tables, and databases significantly enhance my workflow efficiency, making complex task management straightforward. The platform's developer-friendly nature genuinely makes it more engaging for me to use. Notion AI is particularly beneficial, enabling me to write much faster by providing high-level context. Additionally, I find the database feature extremely helpful for organizing data structures and establishing integrations between different areas or topics. The initial setup was remarkably easy, and people get familiarized with the platform super fast, which made the transition seamless. Overall, I appreciate how intuitive and natural it feels to start producing content in Notion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

I find the page permissions breakdown a bit messy, which makes managing access controls more complicated than it should be. Additionally, the Verifiers option could be improved by allowing more dynamic assignment of reviewers, such as making it dependent on a database field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredibly Flexible and Customizable Workspace"
What do you like best about Notion?

I appreciate Notion's flexibility and customization capabilities—features like databases, templates, and drag-and-drop blocks make it incredibly intuitive and adaptable to all my work needs. The organized structure it offers for managing tasks, study notes, deadlines, and resources is invaluable, allowing me to create various filtered views such as daily tasks and subject-wise notes easily. Notion's design keeps my workspace visually neat and clean, which enhances my focus and productivity. Moreover, its suitability for planning study schedules, revision cycles, or project timelines is an added advantage. Notion also integrates well with other tools like Google Drive, enabling seamless access to large files and PDFs directly within Notion pages, further streamlining my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The only drawbacks for me are that it can feel a little heavy on slower devices or weak internet. The learning curve is slightly steep at the beginning; it takes a little time to understand databases and advanced layouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile and Intuitive, Yet Overwhelming for New Users"
What do you like best about Notion?

I use Notion for a variety of purposes, including taking meeting notes, creating SOTs for my team, knowledge sharing, creating onboarding guides, and personal research. I like how organized Notion helps me stay, allowing me to have all my needs in one spot. It is quite intuitive, which means I can navigate its features and perform different tasks easily, like adding data tables. I appreciate that Notion supports multiple contributors, enabling collaborative work while also providing the flexibility to keep documents private if needed. I enjoy the feature that allows me to favorite certain pages I visit frequently, ensuring quick access. Overall, the initial setup of Notion was fairly easy, and despite a learning curve, it is intuitive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

I feel like there are so many things you can do in Notion that it is a bit overwhelming when trying to figure out how to do something or for new users. I also feel the mobile platform is a bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
