## Notion Reviews
 ### 1. The Swiss Army Knife of Productivity in 2026

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxwell K. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I love most is that Notion is a truly versatile tool. It’s the "all-in-one" workspace that actually lives up to the name. The context-aware AI (Notion AI) has become a massive productivity booster for me, allowing me to summarize long meeting notes or generate action items instantly. The database functionality is unmatched; being able to flip between a Kanban board, a Gallery, and a Calendar view for the same data set is a game-changer for my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The initial learning curve can be steep for new users. While it's powerful, it isn't always "plug-and-play," and setting up a complex workspace requires significant time. Additionally, the fast performance can occasionally dip when a page becomes overloaded with heavy blocks or large databases. I would also like to see more robust offline capabilities for those times when a stable internet connection isn't available.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion is solving the "tab fatigue" and "information silo" problem for me. Before Notion, my project tasks were in one app, my notes in another, and my documentation in a third. By centralizing everything, it has streamlined my project management and served as a reliable knowledge base. The benefit is a much clearer "source of truth" for my personal and professional goals, leading to better problem-solving and less time spent searching for files.

 ### 2. Flexible Shared Workspace That Streamlines Teamwork with Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that it is a shared workspace with many features that can benefit my team. Every piece of it is flexible and can be utilized for many different purposes. Task management, information organization, and cross utilization. The price is affordable for the team, and the support from the customer service team and AI tool is incredible easy to access, as well as being helpful and responsive. It boosts our team's performance capabilities by streamlining information in one place.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The most confusing part to me would be the page organuzation underneath of work spaces. Sometimes I get lost trying to determine where something went, how to navigate to a page. I would also love (and maybe this exists??) to have a desktop widget that pushes notifications.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Distribution of information is the largest benefit to our team- tasks tha used to take navigating to multiple platforms are now housed in one place, which saves us time and thus money. The integration with Claude, which we already use, is convenient because we can take direct actgion through Claude.

 ### 3. Integration, adaptability and efficiency with Notion's virtual work systems.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsay R. | 3D Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion is a fantastic virtual work tool that offers the most advanced resources for integrating all your digital work processes, facilitating their management and visualization within a centralized platform that is user friendly and meets all user requirements.

In addition, I can say that Notion is an ideal platform for customizing your daily workload, facilitating the management of your organization's business projects.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I can't think of anything negative about Notion's virtual work features and capabilities, my user experience has been very favorable and positive and I can recommend using this platform for all types of digital environments.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the use of Notion's virtual services and functions, I have managed to improve the organization and management of all my work processes, accessing better virtual work methods that allow me to be a much more productive and useful employee for the professional interests of my business.

 ### 4. My Daily Cal And Clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love that everything with Notion is so simplistic to do. I really appreciate that I can just ask it questions instead of going to other AI services. It's great that everything is connected with our Slack channels as well as our Google tools. It's been helpful to have one brilliant person in charge of Notion setup who has made life easy for us, and he felt supported throughout the process, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I'm definitely still learning, so I'm in the early stages. I feel like it would be great if Notion could have other possible channels, like scheduling social networks. This would help to have everything in one spot rather than doing everything separately. It would be great if Notion could create and schedule posts for us. That would be a really great asset.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making simple but tedious tasks far more efficient, far more centralised communication, all of my social scheduling in one spot.

 ### 5. Notion Makes Project Management Incredible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Blake M. | Operating Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion makes it so easy to manage my project. It integrates easily with my AI tools so I spend so much less time worrying about project context and updating what is going on. They also have their own AI which can be helpful. All available at a very reasonable price, I think the ROI is clear. Best UI in the game. Couldn't recommend enough for Project Management

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It has so many options and capabilities sometimes it feels overwhelming to know if I'm using it right

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to manage my project and connect to all the AI tools i use

 ### 6. Powerful Project Tracking and Intranet—With a Bit of a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion is a great project management and task tracking tool for me, both personally and professionally. I use it to manage large and small projects within the workplace, track status of different tasks I've assigned to colleagues, and can use it as an intranet to understand what is happening across the organization. It is a fairly easy to use tool and can be easily integrated with other systems, like Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

There is a bit of a learning curve to Notion's user interface and system. I think once you understand the basics of the platform, it is relatively easy to use. However, I have used other software for project management that has been easier to learn and maintain.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for all my project management needs. Notion serves as the source of truth for the status of my personal tasks and projects for my team. It is a great system for cross-team projects, as each individual can update their project status individually.

 ### 7. Notion’s Toggles and AI Summaries Make Studying and Note Access Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

The toggle feature helps me organize my notes as flashcards which is incredibly useful as it helps me identify areas of weakness in my learning. It also stores all my previous notes from previous classes, meaning I can easily access them. I also love the AI feature as it can summarize my ntoes instead of requiring me to handwrite them.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The pricing for Notion AI seems too high - I don't need the rest of the features in Notion business and would much rather just pay for Notion AI as a stand alone add on option.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of AI to summarize my notes means it saves about 5-10 hours of my time per week which means I can do many other things! Before using Notion AI I would handwrite my notes and type them up which is much longer rather than just uploading my notes to AI.

 ### 8. All-in-One Workspace That’s Hard to Replace Once It Clicks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Honestly, the best part is just having one place for everything. I use pages and nested notes for most things, databases when I need to actually organize and filter stuff, and the web clipper constantly. I came in with a template someone shared, tweaked it over time, and now my whole personal system lives there. It's not perfect — the learning curve is real — but once it clicks, it's hard to go back to anything else

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Getting started is harder than it should be. The flexibility that makes Notion powerful is also what makes it overwhelming at first — you kind of need to already know what you want before you can build it. On mobile it still doesn't feel fully thought out; I avoid doing anything complex on my phone because it's just not smooth. Speed is the other thing — occasional lag when switching between pages adds up when you're using it every day

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Notion, I had no real system — notes lived in random places, things I wanted to remember got forgotten, and I was constantly redoing work I'd already done somewhere I couldn't find. Since switching, I have one place where everything actually lives and stays organized. I spend less time hunting for things and more time actually doing them. It's hard to put an exact number on it, but even saving 20–30 minutes a day of 'where did I put that' adds up quickly

 ### 9. Flexible, All-in-One Organization That Keeps Everything Searchable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I like best about Notion is how flexible it is for organizing different kinds of work in one place. I can use it for notes, planning, tracking tasks, saving important information, and building simple databases without needing multiple apps. The clean interface and drag-and-drop structure make it easy to customize pages according to my own workflow. It is especially useful because everything stays organized and searchable, which saves time and makes work feel less scattered.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The main thing I dislike about Notion is that it can feel slightly overwhelming in the beginning because there are so many ways to set up pages, databases, templates and workflows. Sometimes, simple tasks can become more complicated than expected if the workspace is not organized properly. I also feel that performance can slow down a bit when pages become heavy or contain too much information. A simpler onboarding flow and faster performance for large pages would make the experience better.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion is helping me reduce scattered work across different apps. Earlier, notes, tasks, links, ideas and project details would be spread across documents, messages and folders, which made it harder to track things properly. With Notion, I can keep everything in one structured workspace and create separate pages for different purposes. This helps me stay more organized, quickly find information, and manage ongoing work without losing context. It has made planning and tracking much smoother. I also like that Notion works well with different workflows and can connect with other tools, although deeper integrations with some apps would make it even better.

In terms of value, Notion gives good ROI because it reduces the need for multiple separate tools for notes, task tracking and documentation.

The AI features are useful for summarising notes, cleaning up rough drafts and making information easier to work with, but they can still improve in terms of accuracy and context understanding. Support is also decent.

 ### 10. Highly Customizable and Perfect for Solo Entrepreneurs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal G. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion as my digital backend system for my t-shirt business because it helps me keep everything organized and in one place. I like the customizability of Notion, especially the ability to create my own dashboard from scratch. This feature allows me to add or remove elements based on what I actually use, which is really helpful. The initial setup was simple, and I find great value in having everything I need in a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The database customization in Notion could be improved. I find it limiting that inline databases can't be toggled, and having this feature would be amazing and life-changing.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion as my digital backend system, keeping everything organized and in one place. I can create custom dashboards to add or remove features I need.

 ### 11. Notion Keeps My Entire Personal Life Organized in One Flexible Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion is where I organize my entire personal life. I use it for trip planning, habit tracking, saving recipes, and managing household projects, all in one place. The flexibility is great because you can build anything from a simple to-do list to a full system with linked databases and custom views. The AI writing assistant is also a nice bonus for drafting and refining content quickly.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

When pages get really long with a lot of content, the free plan's limits start to feel restrictive. It would be nice if there was a bit more room on the free tier before needing to upgrade.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion keeps all my personal projects and information in one place instead of scattered across different apps and notebooks. It saves me time because I don't have to search through multiple tools to find what I need, and it helps me stay on top of things like trip planning, habit tracking, and household tasks without anything slipping through the cracks.

 ### 12. Not Beginner Friendly but Essential for Organization

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the board layout in Notion because visually it just makes sense. I also appreciate when the automations work, as they are useful for sending emails of deliverables completed. The hub experience that Notion provides is another positive aspect, especially since Google Docs tend to get lost. Notion helps us have a more cohesive homebase.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I am hopeless with the UI and setting up things like automations. It is not beginner friendly. To understand it you need a certain understanding of layering pages and redirects in UI design etc. For the average person, it will need to be set up for them and offering a tutorial how to navigate. Literally the entire process. We had to get support from Notion and also watch hours of online tutorials.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion forces me to list everything I do and organizes it, preventing documents from getting lost and providing a cohesive hub experience.

 ### 13. Versatile Yet Complex for Business Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daria R. | Team Architect, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion a lot because it can store information in different formats. I appreciate that there are templates for different types of projects, which makes setting things up easier. I also like that I can collaborate with people on there.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It's not that easy to understand how databases work or templates. It feels a bit too technical maybe. It takes time for me to figure out how to actually do more complicated things, and I don't know any single place to find information. When I tried to connect it to Zapier and Calendly, it didn't work.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion acts as the database for my business. Everything I need for my business lives there, making it easy to find information when I need it.

 ### 14. Notion AI and Organization Tools That Supercharge My Writing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Athziris Z. | Paraprofessional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I love most about Notion is its AI features and its organizational tools, which have helped me a lot with my writing.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I dislike the site’s increasing monetization, along with some of the AI’s limitations—especially its memory and consistency when writing stories, as well as the censorship.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don’t run a business, but when I was at university, Notion really helped me organize my ideas before I started writing essays.

Even now at work, I still use Notion to store documents and set reminders for tasks and responsibilities throughout the week.

 ### 15. Superb Tool for Centralized Collaboration and Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion as my company Wiki and for everything related to knowledge management, planning, and strategizing. I love how easy it is to create anything. The shareability, flexibility, and user-friendliness of Notion stand out for me. It's easy to use across a team and acts as a very sensible tool, checking all the boxes for strategizing, planning, and coordinating. It's a central base that's whatever you make of it—simple or complicated. The initial setup was easy, and I appreciate that it feels like there are very few limits.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I want to put my company branding on my calendar booking link. I also think the formulas are a little confusing. You should be able to save photos you've already uploaded or used to the Gallery for the page headers. It's super annoying to have to update my official header each time.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to centralize data, notes, and planning. It's great for strategizing and coordinating, offering flexibility and user-friendliness. I love its shareability and ease of creating anything. Notion checks all the boxes as a central hub for my work.

 ### 16. A True All-in-One: Notes, Project Tracking, and Standout Database Views

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

It replaced like 3 apps for me. I use it for notes and project tracking and it holds up for all three.
The database views are the real standout, same info, but I can flip between a board, calendar, or table depending on what I need. Templates mean I'm almost never starting from scratch. And the docs just feel nice to write in, which sounds small but matters.
Not perfect, but nothing else comes close for an all-in-one.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Offline mode is pretty much useless. If you lose connection, you're stuck, which is frustrating when you just need to check a note or finish a doc on a flight. For a tool I rely on this heavily, it should work without internet.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Notion I was all over the place, different app for tasks, Google Docs for writing, spreadsheets for tracking things. It worked, but switching between them constantly was a mess.
Notion pulled everything into one place. I actually know where things are now, and context-switching between a project, a doc, and my notes takes seconds instead of minutes. It's made me noticeably more organized without having to think too hard about the system.

 ### 17. Flexible and Powerful, but Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arin G. | Scholar, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to schedule tasks and plan events, and I find its unmatched flexibility beneficial. The modular block system lets me build anything from simple notes to complex wikis, and it's great because I don't need to know any code to set up my ideal workflow. I appreciate its interconnected databases, which allow me to view the same data as a list, Kanban board, or calendar, making sure all my information is linked and adaptable. Notion serves as an all-in-one hub, easily replacing separate tools for project management and document storage. The built-in AI features are a plus—they effortlessly summarize and find answers across my workspace. I also love the clean, distraction-free design, which helps me focus entirely on my work.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

If I'm being completely honest, there are a few things that still drive me absolutely crazy. The long-awaited offline mode is pretty clunky; you have to manually toggle pages to save them, it caps databases at 50 rows, and you can't upload attachments, which is a massive headache when the Wi-Fi unexpectedly drops. The mobile app can also be noticeably sluggish and janky when you are just trying to load a larger database on the go. Plus, it's dangerously easy to fall into the 'productivity trap,' where you spend three hours color-coding and tweaking the perfect dashboard layout instead of actually doing your work. Finally, locking the best AI tools and new Custom Agents behind a steep monthly paywall feels pretty restrictive for everyday personal use.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me organize better with its modular blocks, linking projects and notes effortlessly. The interconnected databases adapt to my needs. Its AI features summarize instantly, while the clean design removes distractions, making it a powerful hub for project management and document storage.

 ### 18. Simple and Versatile Solutions, with Growing AI Pains

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline V. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really enjoy how simple Notion is, yet how robust it is. It's flexible, versatile, and customizable. It integrates with all of our apps and tools, including Google Workspace, Google Docs, Slack, and Loom. I like the ability to embed Loom videos into Notion pages and how it helps us have everything in one place, reducing the need for multiple subscriptions. Our team also appreciates the ability to backlink tasks with other Notion pages since we have data inside Notion, which includes SOPs and client information.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The AI agent could definitely improve. Sometimes it takes me a few tries to get it to do what I'm trying to do or it doesn't understand my desired outcome on the first prompt. The AI meeting notetaker would be really awesome if it also recorded video. We are using read AI instead of Notion AI meeting note taker because we like the features of Read AI and they fit our needs better right now.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion gives us a place to organize information, making it quickly accessible with a user-friendly interface.

 ### 19. Centralized, User-Friendly, and Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion for meetings and job orders. I like that it keeps everything centralized, solving the problem of disorganization within a team. I think it's very user-friendly and helps in keeping everything clean, with the ability to have tasks, timelines, and to-dos organized. The calendar and tagging features are also useful for coordinating with others on projects. I find it way better than Asana for project work, and setting it up was very easy with no issues.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think you could be used to Notion. Everything was just, like, it's a little different when you first start off. With, like, the indenting. And time to make a calendar that she's or the documents, but I think it needs to do it. But I think this takes a little bit of time to figure out.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion keeps everything in one space, solving disorganization within a team and centralizing tasks. It helps manage tasks, timelines, and to-dos efficiently while allowing you to tag team members, keeping everything clean and well-documented.

 ### 20. Notion’s Flexible, Clean Workspace for Organizing Everything in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anbuselvam S. | LLM Trainer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I like most about Notion is its flexibility. It allows me to organize notes, documents, and knowledge in one place. The interface is clean and easy to use, and features like pages, databases, and templates make it simple to structure information. It’s very helpful for keeping everything organized and accessible.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

One downside is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first because of the many customization options. New users may need some time to understand how to structure pages and databases effectively. Also, performance can sometimes slow down when working with very large pages.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps organize information, documentation, and tasks in a single platform. It works well as a knowledge base and note-taking tool, which makes it easier to manage project information and keep track of important details. This improves productivity and keeps everything centralized instead of using multiple tools.

 ### 21. Notion: Boosts Efficiency and Simplifies Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murtaza A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really find the way Notion interacts with data and manages tasks to be quite good and handy. It saves me a lot of time, and the administrative work is really good. I really like the way it handles tasks and activities and the virtual performance is impressive as well. Upgrading to the business version was great, resolving issues like data backlogs and scattered information with the help of Notion AI and chatbot features. The built-in features and connectors are really helpful. I also find the business plan convenient and really, really useful. Notion helps me manage workload, set up meetings, and pretty much everything else I need for my personal progression, with lots of trackers, planners, and calendar connections.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I used the Plus version for almost a year, and it had some drawbacks and some difficulties. Often, there were messages like 'you have crossed the limits' when using features like summarizing meeting notes. This was a bit of a hassle until I switched to the Business plan.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion manages tasks efficiently, saving me a lot of time. The interaction with data and admin work is handy. It resolved scattered data issues with Notion AI. I mainly use it for my job, business, and daily activities.

 ### 22. Powerful Tool for Project Management and Content Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erica A. | Senior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to organize my content, as I write newsletters and articles for work. It’s an excellent project management tool that helps me manage and prioritize my various work and personal tasks. I particularly appreciate the AI writing Assistant feature and the AI agent builder, which assist me in editing my content and enable me to continue working even when I’m not on my computer.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The ability to archive pages is a problem. I’ve actually lost a few pages because I mistakenly thought I was archiving them, but I ended up deleting them. Unfortunately, I couldn’t recover them at all, so there needs to be a recovery option for that. Setting up the tool was a bit complicated, but I found some helpful users on YouTube who guided me through the process and taught me how to use it effectively.

 ### 23. Notion: Powerful Yet Straightforward Note-Taking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Levi N. | Farmer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I like about Notion is how complex it is and how straightforward it is to use. Honestly, this is the best app for note-taking I have ever used.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I can not think of anything I dislike about Notion. The only complaint I would have is that using that slash command to quickly pick an option for the note does not work on my mobile device. It's such a quick, convenient thing to use. I wish it worked on my phone.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem notion solves for me is my desire for complex organized note-taking. I have a lot of ideas, a lot of equipment, a lot of projects, a lot of things that I just want to jot down and have very meticulously organized through various lists and toggle headings. Notion allows me to do pretty much anything I wanted, whether it's a database, a log or even a simple note. It's really changed the way I store my information, personal or farm related.

 ### 24. Notion: Elevates Document Depth, Needs Slide Option

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tildon F. | Digital Marketing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to build business strategy drafts, brand plans, and job trackers. Notion adds more depth and texture to my documents, making them more interactive and refined. The Notion AI is great; it helps me polish drafts and structure thoughts much better. This makes my plans crisper and ready for leadership and cross-functional teams. I made my team switch to Notion from Microsoft Word because I believed in its capabilities. The initial setup was very easy, though it takes some time to get all the features.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Notion needs to have slides as an option too. Converting docs to ready-to-go presentation style templates would be great. It takes some time to get all features and should consider linking tutorials to it.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion adds depth and texture to documents, making them interactive and refined. The Notion AI helps polish drafts and structure thoughts, resulting in crisper plans ready for leadership and cross-functional teams.

 ### 25. Expansive Yet Challenging to Navigate

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the centralized aspect of Notion because it allows for a unified portal where I can list out the tasks that need to be done. This feature helps with keeping track of everything in our collaboration with the marketing agency. Additionally, I appreciate that the team can see what I'm up to, and I can see where they're planning to go, enabling us to collaborate actively.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find Notion convoluted and difficult to use when setting up for myself. I don't understand it, and it is difficult to run my own business workflows. To try and organize with my business, it's not so easy.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to collaborate with my marketing agency through a centralized portal, which allows us to list tasks and actively coordinate.

 ### 26. Effortless Organization with Intuitive Search

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** caroline c. | Mid-Market Business Development Representative, Autodesk Construction Solutions, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion because it's very easy to use. I love using Notion to help me take AI meeting notes for all my demos and internal calls to get summarized meeting notes and next steps. It keeps me on track and helps me stay more organized. I find the search functionality particularly useful, as Notion's search capability actually comes up with what I'm looking for, unlike many other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

sometimes it’s a little hard to add certain drop-down task and know how to add it especially if you’re organization hasn’t given you access to add certain tabs

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to track events, budgets, and approvals, take AI meeting notes for calls, and stay organized with what's coming up and what I need to do.

 ### 27. Wish I knew it earlier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Notion?**

with the AI-era I tried subscribing to notion AI and I must say it helped me greatly. in my work there are tons of documents to organize reread summarize and catch up on - this feature allowed me to use my already organized notion workspace in a faster smarter way.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

tbh this time no. I still sometimes need the rtl feature but other than that nothing.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion both for my studies (a master's degree) and for work (a start-up like tech lab), I use it to help me track my lectures, assignments, meetings, tasks and simply everything work/school related. I also use it to help my write my academic assignments , the AI tools helps my in fixing my english and making things either fancier or easier depending on the context.

 ### 28. Endlessly Customizable Notion for Templates, Lists, and Task Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Philanthropy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

How customizable its features are. I have been using Notion since college, which was pre-COVID. I think I'm allowed to create my own templates, and then I kind of just have to envision how I want to look at my lists, my task management, and I can make it happen with Notion, especially now with the agent.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't dislike anything about it. I do think what I've heard from others is that it's sometimes hard to get started if you've never used Notion before, but I think that's just kind of the trade-off for having something so customizable and easy to read.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My workspace is very dense with documentation. I have a hard time navigating it, especially with how it's currently structured. Notion allows me to look at the documentation in a way that makes sense for me. So I built out my own database. I have my own areas where I store the links. It works very well for me.

 ### 29. Notion Keeps Our Content Pipeline Centralized, Flexible, and Collaborative

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

At Salesforce Geek, we regularly create blogs, video scripts, and educational content around Salesforce, and Notion has become our central place to manage everything.

We use it to draft ideas, write scripts, document blog content, and keep track of our content pipeline. What I personally like is that the entire team can access the same information in one place, which makes collaboration much smoother and avoids scattered documents or missed updates.

We also use Notion to create SOPs and guidelines for our authors and video editors, which makes onboarding and collaboration much smoother. The clean interface and flexibility are what make it stand out for me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

One thing I feel Notion can improve is its performance when working with large amounts of content or heavy pages, as sometimes it starts feeling a bit slow.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion has helped us solve the problem of scattered documentation and content planning. Earlier, ideas, scripts, blog drafts, and updates used to be spread across different tools and chats, which made collaboration difficult.

 ### 30. Very Powerful Platform That Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis G. | Director of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

The platform is very powerful. It amazes me how much this thing can do. I love that you can link via databases ideas from one area to the other. Action items to To Do lists or Meeting notes to Action items. ITs a big step up for me from using Note pad or Google Keep to keep my Running TO DO list.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

There is so much it can do that it’s a little overwhelming. I find myself using it like a notepad or Excel at first, and then I end up having to go back and redo things because I’ve learned (through outside resources) how to use it properly. I just wish the help were better built in, or that it were more intuitive.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying organized specially with notes, meetings and calles

 ### 31. Easy-to-Learn UI/UX and Flexible Integrations for Better Project Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** L. N. | Motion Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how the UI/UX is easy to learn. Also the way you can add different integrations to your main Notion Page and that helps you to have better Performance in the Support of your project organization.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Its difficult to know where are oficial tutorials from notion, specially for the integrations or how to implement the AI Intelligence in Notion.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps me track my personal expenses. I also use a daily planner to prioritize my tasks and mark which things I haven't finished yet. And that's even without paying for a Business account.

 ### 32. Notion's custom agents completely simplified our startup's CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew W. | Cofounder & Principal Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I have been a power user of Notion since ~2017 and use it for both personal and business purposes, and even as a longtime Notion expert I have to say that Notion's new custom agents are a game changer. I use Notion to create and maintain internal documentation and applications for startup companies, and the custom agents have made that process (which was already very fun) even more efficient and valuable. I think through the structure and relationships that I want the databases to have and then I use the custom agents to fill and maintain the input. It saves so many hours of manual input, which tends to be the most boring work. One example is giving the agent instructions that when I copy and paste a URL, it should use the information it finds on the webpage to populate fields and status labels in our company's CRM. If it performs the task as expected, I tell the agent to codify the workflow in it's instruction page to replicate the success in the future, and if it doesn't perform the task as instructed, I tell it to update it's instructions page with the changes I want. One of the most powerful aspects of this workflow is that I don't really have to think deeply about HOW the task should be completed - I just tell the agent WHAT I want it to do and it figures out the best way to do it. I do manually double-check the work to make sure that the data and tags have been filled correctly, but that still takes a fraction of the time I would spend inputting the data manually. From there I can use automation features to update other relevant sections of our Notion workspace based on triggers. And finally, another component that Notion has made a lot of progress with over the past year or two is powerful custom dashboards so that we can review progress, metrics, conversion rates, etc.. The new custom agents make building business applications much faster, more streamlined, and less technical which eliminates a lot of the manually repetitive tasks. One of my favorite tool combinations has been to use a speech-to-text tool like Wispr Flow when speaking to my Notion custom agent, so that I don't really have to type much - I just dictate what I want it to do and click submit. I love Notion! I appreciate how the company and product organization is constantly innovating and iterating to create the product that's at the cutting edge of empowering people like me to make no-code business applications (and of course I use it for my personal life for the same reason).

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

No complaints!

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for onboarding startups with internal documentation and app building. Using Notion's new custom agents saves me hours of manually repetitive input. I set up workflows for the agent to assist me with tasks like auto-filling data fields and updating tags based on URLs I provide, and I create custom dashboards to track and review our numbers.

 ### 33. Highly Customizable with Seamless AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandra C. | Notion Certified Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion for work and leisure, and I really like the customization available, which is amazing for adapting Notion to my workflows. The AI integration helps me save time since I can avoid changing context while working. Notion is beautifully designed, making it a pleasure to use. The initial setup was really easy, and I find the software fits perfectly with my needs.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find sidebar management feels overcrowded. Also, managing AI extra credit payments can be challenging.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for project management, organization, CRM, and sales management. The customization lets me adapt Notion to my workflows, and the AI saves me time by keeping me in context while working.

 ### 34. Empowers Customer Operations with AI Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | Vice President, Information Management & Delivery, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion for my customer operations, and what I really like about it is the ability to create a human readable, human editable, and human inspectable layer of data and context. This lets me run AI workflows on top of it. My favorite thing about Notion right now is the reliable MCP connection it has with Claude, which allows me to edit things as a human while also using AI capabilities. Notion was already valuable for collaboration, and with the addition of Claude, I can update and build out databases and perform tasks that I might have required a team to do, all on my own. Setting up Notion was incredibly easy for me, as I had experience using it at a previous company, and our IT department facilitated the setup. The ease with which I could start using it was notable, and the collaboration features enhance my efficiency as a leader in customer success.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Some of the security settings can get a little bit complex. I found it a little tricky to manage access across different teams in my own team.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to create a human-readable data layer that I can run AI workflows on, reducing the need for additional team members.

 ### 35. Efficient Workflow with Notion AI, Would love an Excel/Sheets-esque Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua D. | Co-Founder / CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Honestly, what I like best about Notion is Notion AI. I like being able to just easily search and access, bringing the Internet into my notes directly. The recording tools are also great. I find it really valuable for enterprise work because it's all in one place and it feels natural. It makes me 10 times more efficient in what I'm doing. Being able to access everything directly within the workspace is super valuable, and the connectors are really great, allowing me to communicate with tools like Claude. The initial setup had a learning curve, but Notion AI and the templates made it a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think if I was to think about Notion kind of like the Microsoft suite, it would be great if there were some Excel-like tools that were just native within Notion so that I could do more financial things. It's kinda clunky connecting to Excel or Sheets. And the same for PowerPoints or slides. It'll be cool if there was just some kind of basic slides.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for managing my entire business workflow and taking notes for projects. Notion AI boosts efficiency with easy enterprise search and integration, linking tools effectively. It's super valuable having everything connected, making my work feel natural in one place.

 ### 36. Streamlined Task Management with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James P.

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that with Notion, everything can be connected, letting me handle spreadsheets, Word documents, and PDFs all in one place without needing to switch between different programs. This integration allows me to connect things like Excel spreadsheets directly to other documents I'm working on, eliminating the need for copy-pasting and reducing potential errors. It's great for organizing all my tasks in one place, so I don't have to search around for them, making me more efficient in finding things. Additionally, for me, the initial setup of Notion was easy because I learned it on my own.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It could be maybe in formatting documents and keeping those formats consistent across different inputs.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion organizes all my tasks in one place, making me more efficient in finding things. I like that everything can connect in Notion, allowing me to handle spreadsheets, Word, and PDFs without switching programs. It connects data seamlessly, reducing errors from copying and pasting.

 ### 37. Empowers AI Integration, Needs Clarity on Credit System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I think it's really cool how Notion can generate reports by reviewing my emails from the last forty-eight hours and telling me what's junk, important, or what I should remember. It kinda sifts through the email that way. I also like the calendar feature that goes through and checks for any conflicts in my schedule. This saves me time because I don't have to dig through emails to find important stuff; it already knows. I appreciate that Notion's AI can write the databases for you and structure them by itself, which makes it easy to retrieve information and is a step above what other software can do.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I was kinda taken back or surprised by the way the credit system worked. I understand the whole process where if there's work done, there's somebody who's gotta pay for the work that gets done. But had that been explained to me at the beginning when I first signed up for the AI version, I probably would have utilized the credits a different way. Had I known exactly how that worked.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion stores long-term memory for AI interactions, organizing info in an easy-to-retrieve way. It sorts email content and flags what's important, saving me time by identifying junk. Automatic database setup by its AI simplifies project management.

 ### 38. Notion: The Ultimate Tool for Seamless Collaboration and Creativity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leah C. | Content and Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love how Notion lets me be creative all in one place, while also managing calendars effortlessly, making everything super organized. It makes creating an efficient workflow easy, and I can tag people seamlessly in workflows for smooth collaboration. I appreciate being able to create different tables, pages, and calendars. Notion's many integrations, like with Google Meet, are super handy for creating AI meeting notes. The use of AI means I can quickly input ideas into my content plans, and it's awesome that I can tag and collaborate with team members easily. The setup was very easy, making it simple to add people to our Notion page.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

More creative ways of working, sticky note section that can create a collaborative page for idea creation and social media planning.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for project planning and team management. It helps me be creative while organizing everything in one spot, with features like calendar integration and tagging for workflows. It enhances collaboration and allows us to work seamlessly.

 ### 39. Clean UI and AI, but the wiki-style layout wastes space and needs a flexible menu

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott A R. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

clean appearance (UI/UX), AI
overall it is not a bad product; though some of the layout is clunky and more a wiki not a website

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It is wiki based UI/UX and does not have any ability to change the left side control menu. If that could be relocated to the bottom of the site for management or the top, it would help give space back to the user. Additionally, the wiki page itself loses lots of space with how the system builds out the pages. The loss of space is what I dont like.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows me to have permission control views for users that have different equities.

 ### 40. Effortless Note-Taking, Perfect Summaries

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love the way Notion summarizes crucial points from Teams calls and breaks them down into a bulleted list. It takes full notes from my meetings without having to notify the other party, capturing the key points and creating a list of action items. Notion has been perfect at not missing parts of the conversation, which was an issue with Chat GPT. The initial setup was so easy, with no difficult setup needed.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It would be useful if it could identify the individual people speaking on the call.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for transcribing Teams calls. It keeps concise notes, saves missing crucial details, summarizes points into a bulleted list, and captures key action points. It's more reliable than Chat GPT, which missed lots of parts in the conversation.

 ### 41. Highly Customizable Tool That Keeps Me Organized and Consistent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I like most is how I can set it up in a way that actually makes sense for me. I use it for school, personal goals, and just keeping my life organized, and it helps me stay consistent. I love that I can customize everything. It makes it easier for me to stay on track and not feel all over the place.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The only thing I don’t like is that it can be a little slow sometimes and it takes a minute to figure out how to set things up. Once I understand it, it’s fine, it just took me some time in the beginning. Also, I don’t own a business so the pricing model for individual use and A.I. features is geared for business and very expensive. If there was a more equitable personal use pricing model. I would very much appreciate.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me keep track of my classes, assignments, habits, and personal stuff without feeling overwhelmed. Instead of using a bunch of different apps, everything is right there. It helps me stay organized, plan ahead, and keep myself grounded, especially with school and the other things I’m working on.

 ### 42. Flexible and Powerful, with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mert B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to organize tasks and notes, and I like how everything can be connected in one structured system. It basically turns separate information into a system I can navigate easily. Switching between different apps, Notion helps me stay organized. I also pair it with calendar apps to keep track of deadlines and schedules. The basic features are simple to pick up right away, and I find it very flexible and powerful for organizing structured workflows.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

There's a learning curve if you want to use advanced features. Simplifying database setup and relations would reduce the learning curve. There's still some room for improvement in performance and usability.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to organize tasks and notes, helping me stay organized without switching between different apps by turning separate information into a system I can navigate easily.

 ### 43. Intuitive for Starters, Complex Features Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I find Notion easy to use to get started, and the initial setup was 'Easy Peasy'. I appreciate the support and the initial introductory 30-minute meeting which were very helpful. I also like that I can add specific websites and resources to contextualize myself and my company. Using these, my LinkedIn profile, and my resume of experience, the work product is typically spot on.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The advanced features like MS Outlook email cleanup are hard to find and the settings or selections aren't intuitive. Better descriptions or workflows are needed. The help feature in Notion was not helpful, and the support person was of little help.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me manage office time and emails efficiently, summarizing meetings and emails to save time.

 ### 44. Centralizes Workflows but Lacks Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alice V. | Staff Branding Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like having a place where I can centralize and unify demands, workflow, notes, and a library of important documentation with Notion. It helps me with meeting notes and organizing a workflow with my team.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It's very hard to make Notion do some things in my own way, and sometimes it can be very chaotic. For instance, I can't automatically rename my meeting notes and bring them into a specific page. Every meeting I attend, Notion offers a 'Start recording' option, and after the meeting, I want to rename the title, set an icon, and archive it in a page, but it's impossible to do that automatically. I keep asking AI to help me with small configurations, but I get a huge tutorial with confusing options, and it doesn't solve my request.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me with meeting notes and organizing a workflow with my team. I like having a place to centralize and unify demands, workflow, notes, and important documentation.

 ### 45. Complete and Intuitive Management, Some Organizational Challenges

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion for managing my professional and personal tasks on a daily basis, as well as for documentation. I appreciate using Notion for technical projects and for regular project management, as well as for responding to emails and small tasks. Notion is also useful for keeping documentation of the processes of the organizations I manage. I also found the initial setup quite good thanks to a tutorial by a well-known influencer that allowed me to understand the possibilities that Notion offers, and to structure my Notion in a way that suits my needs, particularly regarding the concept of databases.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I always have a subject of organizing Notion, and constantly updating it in relation to the various changes I can make to the process, especially concerning documentation. I also have an issue regarding the connection of different interfaces to be able to centralize the various tasks in one place.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to manage my daily tasks, document processes, and manage technical and current projects, which simplifies project management and keeps my documents organized.

I'm still using Notion and still loving it. The fact that I can integrate all my projects and access them remotely from any of my devices for free is the highlight for me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

My opinion hasn't changed, I have no negatives to report. It perfectly meets my needs. I haven't explored the AI features yet, but I hope to dive into that world soon.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion is helping me keep my personal and professional life organized. I can create and manage my projects anytime from anywhere in the world just using my cell phone. Notion helps me conquer time and freedom.

 ### 47. Centralized Team Management with Seamless App Sync

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valery Z. | App Builder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that I can sync Notion with multiple apps at the same time, and using Notion AI has helped a lot in creating new processes with the existing information we have. It does help because we don't need any third-party apps to create existing processes, and having everything in one place like databases and knowledge hubs is pretty good. It's really helpful for keeping everything centralized, such as databases, knowledge hubs, comments, and being able to link pages and submit forms all through Notion. It's been great to have everything in one place and to work seamlessly across different needs.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think maybe certain tables and how certain information needs to be displayed as to-do tasks on things that change on a daily basis.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to keep track of team progress and sync data with other apps. It's helped create new processes with existing info using Notion AI. Notion centralizes everything, linking pages and storing databases, knowledge, and comments in one place.

 ### 48. Boosts Efficiency in Construction Tasks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** M. Cristina J. | Cost Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion because it offers an easy way to merge information. It helps me organize and structure my workflow effectively for construction tasks. I appreciate how I can bring in information from another app, create a structured workflow, and share all the information with my coworkers. This feature helps me manage projects efficiently by creating a master list for vendors, contractors, consultants, and coworkers, making my job easier.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think the AI is going to evolve over time, and it's just a matter of time before the AI helps us more by transcribing everything for us instead of us writing things. The initial setup was hard to understand, but it became much more fluent once I started using the AI.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to organize and structure my system for construction work. It helps me merge information, create a workflow, and share information with my team, making my job easier.

 ### 49. AI-Enhanced Notion Boosts Team Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like the integration with ChatGPT in Notion. It allows me to plug my thoughts or to-do lists into the AI and have it make sense of it and organize everything for me. It helps me set up my pages and projects within Notion, building everything out with AI, which is fantastic for both conceptualizing and executing ideas. The fact that it's now really easy with AI involved compared to using it in the past is a major plus.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't like the calendar view because I'm using my work calendar and want to plug in my personal calendar from Gmail. I use Outlook for my work, so none of that gets transferred over to Notion. It's kind of in a black box in terms of just operating on its own right now. And not being able to pull much from my personal files or my 365 or Google Drive or anything like that.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for my team's deliverables. It helps me integrate with ChatGPT to organize thoughts and tasks, and to set up pages and projects using AI, making the execution smoother.

 ### 50. Great for Knowledge Management, Lacks in Project Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soheil S. | Head of Service Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I find Notion very easy to use and customize. It's great because I can pull resources from different places and embed them without needing to rebuild entire things from outside Notion. I like that I can put videos, images, and websites directly into documents. The AI agents are a really cool feature; they help by gathering information, keeping pages updated, and making smart changes or monitoring updates. As a knowledge management tool, Notion is great because it allows us to document company processes in a way everyone can use, especially for onboarding new employees. It's easy to store every new learning and best practices, which people can easily access. Also, the initial setup was pretty simple with just a quick sign-up and tutorial, making it easy for everyone to pick up.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

We tried using Notion as our project management tool, but it did not work. It was hard to have a unique base across all of our clients, vendors, and employees. A proper project management tool would be better.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps us document company processes for easy access, especially for onboarding, and allows for storing new learnings and best practices. It makes information readily accessible and keeps everything organized and up to date.
