## Notion Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful Knowledge Sharing Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how easy it is to collaborate and find what I need using the wiki filters. I also appreciate that Notion releases updates and improvements regularly, which keeps the experience feeling fresh and continually refined.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Our plan doesn’t include the paid AI features, but our employees still see pop-ups promoting the AI feature that isn’t part of our plan. This creates unnecessary confusion for our employees and makes it unclear what’s actually available to us.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A central location for knowledge sharing is our primary use of Notion. It makes it easy for both long-time employees and new hires to find what they need. Instead of sending a link to a document on someone’s drive, we can direct them to a specific page in Notion. They can also see whether the page is verified by the page owner, which helps increase the reliability of the information.

 ### 2. Flexible Yet Challenging: Great for Dashboards, Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyra H. | Founder and Senior Luxury Travel Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the flexibility of Notion and its integration capabilities. It's helping me create a balance between life and work using dashboards. I can manage my two startup businesses from a single platform, acting as a command center for client pipelines, marketing, and sharing information layers with potential members while keeping certain things private. I really appreciate being able to do all of this from one platform.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I'm still just a bit overwhelmed with the tool and how to use it. I wish it felt more intuitive where I had drop down menus to kinda create the dashboard. Like, if there was a Canva interface for it for my aesthetics. If there were options to have a one-on-one tutorial kind of thing so someone could walk me through what I've created, if my databases are set up correct, that kind of thing. Right now, I find myself looking in the marketplace or looking for freelancers that I could pay for an hour or two just to give that support. I'm still setting it up. It's a little difficult.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for note-taking in meetings and creating life and business dashboards, helping me maintain balance and manage my startups from one platform.

 ### 3. Highly Flexible, Intuitive Project Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Legal Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to organize my projects, and it helps me manage them better than the overwhelming company tool. I appreciate its flexibility and intuitiveness, allowing me to build almost whatever I want. I can personalize it, have different views, control which fields I view for each element, and add different elements as needed. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't like the limited options in the width of the page, the typography, the colors, and the fact that you cannot wrap a column's name.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to better manage my projects with personalization, unlike our overwhelming company tool. It's very flexible and intuitive, letting me control views and add different elements.

 ### 4. Keeps Me Focused in Meetings with Reliable Notes for Fast Follow-Up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier C. | Full Stack developer, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Help a lot with my notes on a meeting, it improves my focus on the meeting, and I dont have to worry about taking key notes about the meeting because after the meeting ends, it sends it to me for review. This improves my understanding and my focus on the keywords to finish my task faster

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Well, in fact, at the moment, I like a lot of this. If I have to say something, it is that making a resume using AI and you can trust, sometimes the translation is not as accurate as it should be.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the problem of taking notes on important meetings helps a lot because it can also give you a resume of the meeting and the important concepts being discussed.

 ### 5. Streamlined Meetings with Some AI Hiccups

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brennan P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like using Notion for managing my consulting business and recording meetings. It helps me by providing a full transcript of meetings, so I don't miss anything. I also appreciate the simple user interface which makes it easy to organize myself. The AI chatbot is great for getting quick answers to my questions, and I find the AI summaries to be really useful, despite some issues.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

AI summaries often get the names wrong, even me who is always on the meetings. I wish I could update names and regenerate the summary. Again, it auto-assigns names but there is always at least one wrong so I can't send out the summary without manual cleanup. A bit hard, it seems like a blank page and I didn't understand how to organize things.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I record long complex meetings with Notion, ensuring I miss nothing. The simple interface helps me organize, and the AI chatbot answers questions quickly. Full transcripts and useful AI summaries enhance meeting management, although name accuracy could improve.

 ### 6. Versatile and User-Friendly Tool for Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Parisa Z. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how simple and intuitive Notion is to use. There are no overcomplications in creating pages or tables; everything just comes naturally. The user experience is really good, making it easy to figure out how to do things. I also appreciate its versatility, as I can use various features to create a CRM, a web page, a task planner, or even a template for my team. Customizing it for our specific use case is straightforward. Additionally, setting it up was really easy for me. I just got an email and started using it instantly.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I like to be able to use my preferred Gen AI tool with Notion. For example, I would like to start using Claude within Notion.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion brings different tools in one place, like our CRM and memos. It's a single solution for task management, knowledge sharing, and tracking everything, making it super helpful for our team.

 ### 7. Versatile Tool with Streamlined AI Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dolev O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like and leverage Notion's AI feature since it allows me to start a new page with almost zero effort. It has saved me a lot of time by coming up with the best practices for document design. I found the AI tool super fast and easy to understand. I'm pretty new to the company, and Notion helps me learn what was already discussed before because it keeps all the information in one place. The initial setup was very easy for me since I'm familiar with the tool, and it's just another SAAS and desktop tool.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Maybe I didn't find it, but I'd like an option to ask, like Claude Code, which has the option to toggle between chat and agent. Honestly, I'm not sure if it already exists, but integration with Datadog would be great. I also use Onyx to build my team's assistant, and I found it pretty complex to define which page to expose in both Onyx and Notion.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for documentation, enhancing observability and transparency in management and tasks. It helps build new processes, and the AI feature saves time by designing documents with best practices.

 ### 8. Notion: The Perfect All-in-One Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandler G. | Campaign Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love how Notion is very easy to use and adopt. The AI feature has been awesome for me. I find the transcribing feature particularly great, especially since most note-taking apps I've tried were very invasive during calls. Collaborating across the team has also been very easy and efficient. Notion has served as a one-stop shop to combine our use cases across multiple apps, combining all our needs into one easy-to-use interface.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

While the transcribing feature is very helpful, it's not very good at tracking who said what and compiling the follow-ups. We've noticed that typically the owner of each task is incorrect when reviewing the call notes afterwards.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion provides a cohesive place to store all our notes, with effective search and sharing functionality. It combines task tracking and real-time transcription into an easy-to-use interface, which simplifies collaboration and reduces the need for multiple apps.

 ### 9. Flexible, Collaborative, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya B. | Senior digital project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion's flexibility and accessibility, which really suits my work and project management needs. The templates are great, allowing me to set up pages exactly as I need them. I also appreciate the collaboration feature; it's easier to have more people from my team looking into the same document and adding to it. Notion visually became a hub for the team, especially after switching from Google Suite, and it makes creating spaces much simpler. The initial setup was quite simple, which was a big plus for our team.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think the Notion AI note-taker could be improved; it doesn't capture accurate information. I think with context it doesn't pick up on everything and the notes can be summarized better.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to set up pages with templates, making it flexible. It's great for team collaboration as it allows multiple people to contribute to the same document.

 ### 10. Centralized Documentation with Tracker Integration, Needs Improved UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit U. | Senior Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion mainly for creating and tracking product requirements documents (PRDs) as a Product Manager. I appreciate its ability to keep everything documented in a single place, which helps me track and share information. It also recommends improved writing, which is helpful. I really like Notion's capability to create trackers by linking various elements scattered around, making it easier to manage updates from different stakeholders on a central table for quick viewing.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Overall look and feel is very bland and feels less engaging. I also face coordination problems with tech team. There’s no versioning either ie who updated what and when in a doc.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for PRD creation and tracking, keeping everything documented in one place, helping me track and share efficiently, and providing recommended writing improvements. It helps map updates from stakeholders on a central table for a quick view.

 ### 11. Excellent UI/UX and a Truly Helpful AI Assistant

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

First I think the UI and UX of the entire app is excelent. I think its easy to use, it looks good. I love it. Also i started to use the AI assistant and its really good. It has made my life easier when drafting docs

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Im not sure if you already have it, but I would think of having the possibility of tailoring notifications, turning off some.

Also if it could be possible that if you see the moment already, the notification should dissappear even if you didnt open it from the notification section. Sometimes I open them from my email directly.

Another thing, it allows me to open the same time multiple times in different tabs, I dont think its the best solution. I would think of taking the user to the open tab

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its great for documenting in an organised way, we moved in my company from share point to notion. It has been a massive change. Its way easier to find documents, easier to navigate and use

 ### 12. Notion AI Makes Organizing and Scheduling Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subodh S. | Software Engineer, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

the best about notion is that it help me organise, collborate with my daily schedule and also the best part is the notion ai which does work in the whole page with just a small prompt

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

the heavy background usage of resources of notion on my computer

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

honestly before notion i had notes in like 5 different apps, google docs, stickies, random txt files lol. now everythings in one place. the databases especially help me track projects without needing a seperate tool. saves me probably an hour a day atleast

 ### 13. Transformative Organizational Tool with Stellar Community Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drew C. | Sr Digital Product Excellence Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really appreciate the Notion community, which is amazing and provides all kinds of support and templates for everything you can do. The marketplace is great with third-party tools for syncing tasks and expenses. I find the AI in Notion super helpful for setting up things without the need to go through the manual setup process. It helps me utilize Notion more effectively than in the past. The ability to search the marketplace for templates is super helpful, especially for creating databases or organizing life setups. The AI makes it easy to set up new pages, databases, or projects by just typing in what I want and letting it do its thing. I enjoy using Notion, which motivates me to keep track of projects, tasks, and expenses. The setup has been relatively easy thanks to the marketplace, community, and templates. The user interface is beautifully set up, making the overall experience great.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

None at this time

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me stay organized, track expenses, and manage projects. It motivates me to keep everything in check, offering a simple way to manage tasks.

 ### 14. Customizable and Powerful, but with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion is so highly customizable to my needs. I find a lot of templates that are useful to look at and either use and adapt or create my own. Looking at other people's templates is very helpful in terms of knowing what the possibilities are. The customization is extremely good because there's no one-size-fits-all solution. I'm able to edit as lightly or deeply as I choose in order to get Notion to work for me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Not being able to forward emails directly from Gmail to Notion has been tricky, and I have to use third-party integrations to make it happen. I wish I could forward a email directly to a page or a database without having to set up a Zap or use another automation tool. There's a bit of a learning curve with Notion overall. I would put Notion at about a two out of five (one being very hard to learn, five being turnkey ready out of the box) on the difficulty scale. To put Notion to work, you either have to buy a template or be willing to spend a lot of time learning. I’ve spent a lot of time on YouTube trying to figure some things out. I would also like more options in terms of design. The cover images and icons are great, but color options are extremely limited. It would be nice to be able to use an eyedropper tool to pick up colors from logos and such to truly “brand” my pages. Or maybe I just haven’t learned how to do that yet!

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me stay more organized with planning trips and handling household tasks, while also managing a podcast and Patreon site. My husband and I love to travel so I’m working on setting it up to manage planning multiple trips at once, plus keeping track of bucket lists, ideas for activities, and journals while we’re there. I also have a podcast and patreon community to manage, and have been enjoying getting those set up and organized through Notion. I am going to be retiring in another year and am planning on having Notion be my primary life manager once I leave my current Microsoft-based work management system. I love that I can customize it plus make it attractive with images and colors and the like.

 ### 15. Flexible, Powerful, but Initially Overwhelming

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion's ease of use and flexibility. It’s really helpful for someone in an executive role like me, who is constantly hopping from meeting to meeting and context-shifting frequently throughout the day. I have Notion set up to record every single meeting I attend, logging notes, transcripts, etc. This feature helps me create clean, actionable notes on key takeaways, which I can then organize and categorize effectively. Also, the initial setup was really easy (but so is my core use case). There is a lot more we can do with the platform over time.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

There's so much you can do with the platform. It's honestly a little bit overwhelming. There's a lot of templates and stuff, which are great. But sometimes getting started is the hardest part. And it is just that, it's templatized. It's not customized for your company. That's work we have to roll up our sleeves and do, but it's just hard to find the time to do that from an executive level.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use Notion for meeting recordings and note-taking. It records every meeting, logs notes, transcriptions, and helps create clean, actionable key takeaways. It centralizes information, making it a potential company repository.

 ### 16. Flexible Tool with Great Templates but Needs Improved Chatbot

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Navaeeth R. | Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the user interface of Notion, especially how configurable and flexible it is. It's great that I can create templates or reuse ones from existing users online, which makes it easy to start and build up the initial template to share across and structure things along with it for my day-to-day use cases. The AI features are really helpful for brainstorming and putting things together quickly. Notion also helps me stay organized by managing my to-do list, ensuring I know the tasks I need to focus on.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think, like, maybe currently, what doesn't really work is now we still have to, like, go to external chatbots, you know, which are, like, more powerful than, like, what Notion offers. To essentially do brainstorming, when, like, things are, like, really complex. So if maybe Notion has you know, a better chatbot integrated to solve for, like, certain use cases, from image generation to data analysis. Everything else. I think that would help more so that I could do all work in just one place rather than having select multiple.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to document and structure my documents, manage my tasks, and organize different work threads. The AI features help me brainstorm and write quickly. Notion keeps me organized with my to-do list.

 ### 17. Perfect Jira Alternative for Small to Mid-Size Companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshith H. | Head of Service Delivery , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I find Notion to be a perfect replacement for Jira for small and mid-size companies. The documentation of all SOPs is done really well with Notion, and the AI connect and third-party integration are top-notch. I think Notion is the best in class for the block system, allowing everything to be written in the best way possible for all doc needs. Version control is even better than before. The documentation process is crucial for us, and every SOP, which was previously in Jira, is now in Notion at an affordable price with all the same capabilities. Setting up Notion was very easy, thanks to the good trial period with the free version.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Table is something that is missing Epic feature is missing in Notion.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Notion perfect for documenting all SOPs, integrating well with AI and third parties, and replacing Jira affordably while maintaining features.

 ### 18. Versatile and Efficient, with Minor UI Drawbacks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary W. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the flexibility of Notion's databases and everything that can be done with them. The AI integration is really helpful, making it easy to find everything I need at any moment. It's great for organizing client information, especially when working on projects like building websites. All the necessary details like color hex codes, design files, and brand guidelines are readily available and on hand whenever I need them. This helps me streamline a lot of the processes I do. The initial setup was pretty straightforward and there are so many online tutorials that are helpful in learning how to use Notion.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think maybe the look and feel could be a bit more exciting. Sometimes it's a little bit dull with the black and white tones and things like that. I think the WebClip could be a bit better. If it could be as good as Evvernote's, that would be amazing. There's a steep learning curve at the start, especially with databases, but there are many tutorials online that help.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me streamline everything, making it easier to find what I need. Information for my clients is always there, ready and on hand, thanks to its powerful databases and AI. I always have my client info, design files, and guidelines accessible, which streamlines my processes.

 ### 19. Intuitive and Collaborative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Camila Q. | Senior Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion at my company for organizing projects, creating overviews of ongoing tasks, and managing our weekly workload. It keeps everyone on the same page and is collaborative, which is essential for us. I like the ease with which I can download templates to create a simple landing page for showcasing a case study. The initial setup was very easy because it's very intuitive. I attended the Agent AI workshop and look forward to implementing its features like templates and page creation in our space.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Pricing probably. I think personally it would work better if it was slightly cheaper.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion keeps everyone on the same page and is collaborative, making it easy to organize projects and create overviews. The templates are handy for creating landing pages, but pricing is a bit high.

 ### 20. Great experience and makes everything streamlined for me

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucia J. | Business Development and Event Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion has been super helpful for me. It keeps all my productivity stuff in one space where I can take notes, manage tasks, and set up different databases without switching between apps. I like that I can make it totally my own too, depending on what I’m working on. Sometimes that’s tracking payments, planning a job search, or getting organized for a new job.
What I really like about Notion is how easy it is to customize and keep everything connected. It works on my phone and computer, and it always syncs right away, which makes things really smooth. It’s also great for sharing pages or working with others at the same time. Plus, the templates make it easy to get started if you don’t want to build everything from scratch.
Overall, it’s just a super flexible tool that helps me stay organized and keep everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I really like Notion overall, but there are a few things that bug me. It can feel a bit slow or heavy sometimes, especially with bigger pages or databases, and it definitely has a learning curve when you’re first setting it up. I also wish the mobile app felt a little more streamlined because it’s not as smooth to build or edit more complex pages on my phone.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me keep everything in one place instead of scattered across different apps, random notes, and spreadsheets. I use it to manage tasks, keep track of payments, plan my job search, and organize things for a new role, so I’m not constantly hunting for info in different places. Having one workspace for all of that makes it easier to stay on top of deadlines and follow-ups, and it gives me a clearer
picture of what I need to do each week.

 ### 21. Customizable Yet Complex; A Mixed Bag for Serious Presentation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel R. | Brand Ambassador | Creative Lead | Scriptwriter | UGC Video Editor/Producer & AI Video Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I do like the features in Notion, especially the way I can organize things, and it looks a lot better than Google Docs and Google Drive when presenting. I feel like people just take me more seriously with Notion. I like the ability to really customize things because Google Drive feels a bit plain to me. I enjoy being able to right-click and see so many options available. Although some features might be overwhelming, I appreciate that they're there, even if I don't fully understand half of them. The ease of use and the ability to toggle, change, and link things to a board make it pretty useful. I also like the shareability, and it looks nice, seeming like a step up from Google Drive. There was just a little learning curve, but nothing crazy.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I feel like I heavily underutilized a lot of the features because I don't want to watch twenty hours of tutorials to figure out how to make everything look like an amazing dashboard. Like, some of it's a little overwhelming, but I like that it's there even though I don't understand half of it. Also, I would like some suggestions, maybe something that's a little bit more helpful, like hand-holdy, I guess.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how Notion helps me organize things better than Google Docs and Google Drive when presenting. It makes my proposals look more professional, so people take me more seriously. The shareability and ease of use are also beneficial.

 ### 22. Centralized Workspace with Minor AI Tweaks Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how easily I can search across different things and multitask with multiple windows across multiple documents. I also like the collaborative tools, especially for meetings. It's helpful for our ownership team to keep all ongoing communications about the company's progress in Notion, so we're building agendas for upcoming owner meetings. I can share that and get feedback and input from the rest of the team very easily. I love that I can keep everything organized in one place with Notion. I can have a database of projects and attach or connect anything to it, making it easy to get more context quickly. The AI agent in Notion helps me build organizational tools, like a call tracker with meeting transcription. I use the AI tools to help me build databases, and it's great for updating templates. It saves me an enormous amount of time by having everything in one tool that I can access from my laptop, tablet, or phone without having to think about where things are.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think sometimes the AI agent misses the mark. It requires redirecting. Usually, that's not a permanent problem. Usually, that's a temporary thing. That just requires a little bit of refocusing. But that would probably be the biggest thing. Sometimes I find the way that the things will put in the side panel, where they kind of split screen, to be a little unintuitive. I have to manually say, I know I wanna make this full screen, I wanna make that a tab. But those are probably the biggest things.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to keep track of projects, build Kanban boards, and maintain follow-up notes. It centralizes my information, saving me time by eliminating the need to search across multiple systems.

 ### 23. Aesthetic, User-Friendly, and Efficient Content Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soorya R. | Head of Marketing, Consumer Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to manage content for my clients and for documentation like flows and charts. It's very good at organizing files, making it a great content management system. Unlike Google Docs, where navigating folders can be difficult, Notion makes organization seamless. I really like its capability in organizing and the UI, which is really great and easy to use. It's also aesthetically pleasing and the customization options are very good.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

for now the tool works great and i dont want to change anything. no dislikes

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to manage content and documentation for my clients. It organizes files really well, solving the problem of scattered docs and difficult navigation I faced with Google Docs. It's a great content management system that's user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

 ### 24. Streamlined Info Access, Easy Setup

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion to look up all company information, such as training materials and information related to people team days off and compliance. It streamlines where I can find different information, so I don't have to go searching as much. I like how easy it is to find different information. The company homepage is much more organized, and if I'm not seeing something immediately, I know I can always type it into search, and it will pop up pretty quickly. It really streamlines how quickly I can find different information. The initial setup of Notion for my team was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It's still pretty new, so just figuring things out. Maybe having more information that relates just to myself and my job instead of lots of company wide information. There's just a lot of stuff on here, so sometimes it can get mixed up. I would say just streamlining information that relates more to my job and what I do at Gusto than company wide information sometimes it does get confusing.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion streamlines where I can find different information, so I don't have to go searching as much, making the company homepage more organized and easy to navigate.

 ### 25. Highly Intuitive Tool for Managing Business Documentation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vanessa Q. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how user-friendly Notion is. I also like the AI agent. It seems like it's very intuitive, making it easier for me to ask questions and find answers quickly instead of spending my own time searching. The AI agent has been super helpful in understanding different questions I have about our roadmap and finding things within our internal documentation. This has been really important as I just started a new role within my company, and Notion has been helping me a lot with understanding more about what we do and how we run.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think that it's hard sometimes to figure out how to type in Notion, how to create new pages, because it's so different from Google Docs or Word or anything like that. But once you understand how it works, it is really cool how in-depth you can get and just the different features that it offers.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion's AI agent to find answers in our internal docs quickly without searching manually, which is super helpful in my new role.

 ### 26. Efficient, Customizable, and Perfect for Goal Setting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naledi K. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion for social media strategy, calendar, and goal planning - both short and long term. It helps me keep organized and track goals, and it's much easier to collaborate with others since they can see my work without constant emailing. I find it very efficient and easy to use. I love that I can decorate it to my aesthetic and make my creations look fun, plus it's affordable. When creating goals, I can insert pictures, which is great because I'm a visual person, and seeing the goal inspires me to take action. The initial setup was very easy and efficient, and linking it with our Google account made it seamless.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Limited offline support and required time to set up

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me stay organized and track goals. It makes collaboration easier by allowing others to view my work without back-and-forth emails. I love its visual elements, which inspire me towards my goals. It's efficient, easy to use, and affordable.

 ### 27. Perfect for Efficient Collaboration and Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhruva S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like how in Notion, you can structure different pages with different headings and segments, making it easier to navigate. There's also a lot of functionality available with shortcuts, which allows us to work more effectively compared to other tools like Google Docs or Word. I also find it faster, and the toggle headings feature is great because it allows important but non-priority information to be tucked away, making it optional for readers to dive into if they choose. Additionally, I didn't have any onboarding documentation for Notion, but I was able to figure it out very quickly on my own.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Can make more keyboard shortcuts

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to make notes accessible for everyone. It lets multiple people access and edit documents, creating company policies and SOPs. Its page structuring and shortcuts help us work faster than tools like Google Docs, improving navigation and efficiency.

 ### 28. Intuitive Layout, Boosts Team Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hafsah A.

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love how easy it is to use Notion, especially with the / option that lets me access all the different functionalities at once. The UI is user-friendly, making it easy to connect different pages and navigate through various tasks without hassle. I appreciate being able to edit pages and change formats while typing, which helps a lot when I'm taking notes and need to use reminder functions. The transition from Word and SharePoint was motivated by Notion's superior UI and functionalities, which are much better and made the initial setup process very easy.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think when it comes to creating dashboards and using AI to create them, sometimes it can be quite difficult. I think if it could do more of suggestions rather than just what I am asking it to do - AI has the capabilities and I want it to make more suggestions.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion simplifies my workflow with its user-friendly UI, connecting pages easily. It helps make notes and create guides efficiently using the / option. However, creating dashboards using AI could be more intuitive, with helpful suggestions.

 ### 29. Notion Just Works: One Place for Notes, Ideas, and Everything Else

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Senior Digital Analytics Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion does what it's supposed to well rather than trying to be something else. It's got a wide range of features but all centered around being a place to store notes, thoughts and ideas. I use it for everything from meeting notes to keeping an inventory of what's in the freezer and it just works without a fuss. It also works seamlessly across my multiple desktop's and mobile so I always have the latest copy of my notes wherever I need them.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I found switching from another product tricky, I personally found a bit of a learning curve for the interface especially with some of the more 'advanced' features. They work absolutely fine just a case of getting used to them and understanding what's possible.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ultimately while I wouldn't use Notion for 'formal' documentation I also need somewhere to put all my thoughts, ideas, notes where I can be quick and scrappy and make those notes easy to search, this is what Notion does exceptionally well. I can start writing a note within a second, close it and very easily find it at short notice at a later date. I can also do that across multiple devices so be writing notes on my desktop and then look at them on my phone pretty quickly when I need to.

 ### 30. Streamlined Note Management, Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wasimuddin A. | Radiologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I find Notion very easy to use, especially when I just open the app on my Windows and click on what I need to add. I made my reporting system on Notion, and with Notion AI, it provides formats for my radiology reports like CT thorax, CT brain, and MRI abdomen, which I find useful. I also appreciate that it's linked to my Google Drive, so I don't have to pay to use it, and it doesn't cause any issues even with multiple files. Notion makes arranging notes and linking small word files a breeze, and it's handy to access it from anywhere via a short link. I love that it's easy, free for most functions, and allows me to arrange everything with drop-down menus. Setting it up was also a breeze since I just installed the app and logged in, plus it was very helpful because of prior Notion courses I completed.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

In Notion, something that could be improved is the ability to play larger video files directly from Google Drive or YouTube. If I try this, Notion takes too much load. Embedding YouTube videos directly into my website would be very helpful. I faced problems during embedding when I tried it earlier.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to arrange notes easily without searching through Google Drive. It's free, handy, and offers linked access from anywhere. It helps create websites and organize reports with AI-supported formatting for my radiology work, without consuming much storage space.

 ### 31. Master Collaboration Tool with Robust Tagging & helpful AI writing assistant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love the tagging feature in Notion as it helps me compile lists of key projects and break them down into subheadings, checklists, and tasks for others to be tagged in. The ability to have one main board and link loads of other mini Notion boards to it is great because it allows me to create a master deck. I also really enjoy being able to work coherently alongside my team. The transcription feature is one of my favorite things, as it transcribes everything going on during calls and provides a checklist of actions and follow-ups for the next call. I like how expansive Notion is; you can basically do everything on it. The checklist feature is a massive plus since I'm big on making lists. The initial setup was really easy, thanks to a team walkthrough that showed us things we didn't even know could be done with Notion.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I sometimes find the website itself easier to use than the app. But I am usually using it on my browser anyway. It's just when I'm using Notion on the go on my phone or on my desktop application.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to organize projects with lists, checklists, and tagging for team collaboration. The linking of mini boards to a master board enhances project management. Its transcription feature is great for capturing meeting notes and actions, keeping my team cohesive.

 ### 32. Versatile and User-Friendly, Perfect for Small Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jedd T. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how clean everything is in Notion and how simplistic it is to use. It's not confusing, and everything's kind of fluid and fluent within the software. I also feel that having access to quite literally every feature, whether on the free plan or paying monthly, is super valuable. It allows even beginners to get started on Notion. The ease of using the platform is 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think there are small things that could be improved with Notion. Having the ability to integrate directly with tools like Claude would be helpful. Sometimes when you prompt Claude, it gives the wrong output within Notion. I'm not 100% sure if that's a Claude thing, but connecting with API keys and other connections could be a bit smoother.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps me track all kinds of data, like interactions on LinkedIn, to grow my business. Its AI assists in quickly structuring databases and CRM, making data management timely and effective.

 ### 33. Versatile for Team Collaboration but Needs Better Usability

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gustavo B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like the ability in Notion to blend different contents on a single page. For example, I can create tables where each row becomes like a hidden page, which I find very convenient. This feature helps me drill down or up through the content as needed.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I've been using Notion for a short time and it's been a little difficult to adapt, especially in terms of finding what I need and understanding the structure. It feels more challenging compared to spaces in Confluence. I also think it's more clunky than what I'm used to, especially in creating tables and content. It's more challenging to start using Notion right away and finding the right things or different spaces feels more difficult than in Confluence.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for keeping track of internal documents and facilitating collaboration between teams internally.

 ### 34. User-Friendly One-Stop Shop for Docs, Tasks, Projects, and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liliya A. | Lead Recruiter GTM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

One stop shop for all documentation, task management, projects, and team collaboration! I love how user friendly it is!

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

It can take a bit of time to learn all the different nuances in Notion, but the AI tools—like the AI Writing Assistant or Enterprise Search—make it a lot easier.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion solves the problem of information and work being scattered across too many places. Instead of knowledge living in Slack threads, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and people’s heads, Notion brings documentation, notes, project tracking, and databases into one workspace. This helps teams create a shared source of truth, capture institutional knowledge, and make work more transparent and searchable. At its core, Notion reduces context switching and helps individuals and teams organize information, decisions, and projects in a structured way so important context doesn’t get lost.

 ### 35. Flexible all-in-one workspace for notes, projects, and knowledge management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion because it works well as a knowledge management and project management tool. It helps me organize notes, tasks, documents, and workflows in one place, and the templates and flexible databases make it easy to customize for different needs.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I dislike that Notion can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features and customization options. It also sometimes takes time to set up a workspace properly before it becomes truly useful.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion helps solve the problem of having notes, tasks, documents, and project details spread across different tools. It benefits me by keeping everything organized in one place, making it easier to track work, find information, and stay productive.

 ### 36. AI-Powered Notion Simplifies Documentation with Minor MCP Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yagnik V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I mainly use Notion for documenting my solutions, RCA, and TRDs. I like that we can search the documents efficiently in one place. It provides MCP, which is useful for integrations with other systems. I really appreciate its AI chat facility, where we can ask questions from documents rather than going in and searching manually. This feature simplifies big document content into meaningful notes. Also, the initial setup was quite simple.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Whenever I try to update something via MCP, it doesn't allow me most of the time, and if I just import the updated document, comments get lost. MCP support for proper updation without data loss or overriding the full existing document would be an improvement.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Notion helps me search documents efficiently in one place and its MCP is great for integrating with other systems. The AI chat simplifies document content into meaningful notes, so I don't have to go through the whole document.

 ### 37. Versatile for Work and Study, Needs Better Chart Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis N. | Data Scientist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the way it is easy to connect to Notion using the API, which includes CRUD operations to the Notion databases. I also use the Notion charts a lot. The shortcuts for tasks in markdown set it apart compared to other competitors. For the API, I use it to automate the pushing of data into Notion from other data sources, then use Notion charts to visualize. Markdown shortcuts make it easy to use '\\' to call specific sections like Header 1 or database, etc. The initial setup was very easy for me since I had worked in a company that used it before.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Notion charts need to be better as compared to other providers as it has limitations around how you configure it. It should be more configurable and customizable in terms of the features. Also, more types of charts should be made available, like a date toggle across the dashboard, which isn't available right now.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for time management and prioritizing tasks at school and work.

 ### 38. Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Keeps Everything Centralized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ameer A. | Salesforce Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and all-in-one approach. It combines notes, documents, databases, and task management in a single platform, which makes it easy to organize work exactly the way you want. You can customize pages, workflows, and templates to match your personal or team needs without feeling restricted.

Notion is also great for collaboration. Multiple people can work on the same page in real time, leave comments, and track updates easily. Overall, it helps keep everything centralized, organized, and accessible, reducing the need to switch between multiple tools.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially for new users. With so many customization options, the initial setup and learning curve can take time. Performance can also slow down when working with very large databases or complex pages.

Additionally, Notion relies heavily on an internet connection, and offline functionality is still limited. While it’s a powerful tool, these issues can affect the experience for users who need speed, simplicity, or reliable offline access.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion solves the problem of scattered information and tool overload by bringing notes, documents, tasks, and databases into one centralized workspace. Instead of switching between multiple apps for documentation, project tracking, and knowledge management, everything can be organized and accessed in a single place.

This benefits me by improving productivity and clarity. Information is easier to find, collaboration is smoother, and workflows are more structured. It saves time, reduces confusion, and helps keep both individual work and team projects well organized.

 ### 39. Effortless Document Management, But Pricing Concerns

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rusira S. | Video Editor | Motion Graphics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love the ability to organize everything in Notion and how it brings all documents in one place, making it easy to access and well-structured. The full UI of Notion is very intuitive, smooth, and fluid, which I find appealing. I also appreciate the cool markdown features that Notion offers. Its polished look and the cute UI really add to the positive experience. Having everything in one place saves us a lot of time and reduces the need for many conversations we had to have earlier. That's what I love about Notion.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I haven't experienced this personally, but a friend mentioned that if there is a lot of data or many records in a Notion database, it can get laggy. Other than that, the pricing is a little bit high. The per user pricing feels like too much for what is essentially a document hosting app. For organizations like ours, especially in our country, it's too much to pay for what feels like a cute notepad.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to centralize our documents, making it easy to access and organize everything in one place. It saves us time and reduces the need for numerous conversations to find documents, while providing secure access to sensitive files.

 ### 40. Notion’s Flexibility and Linked Databases Keep Everything Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faouzi I. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion's flexibility is its biggest strength. As a developer and entrepreneur managing my EdTech SaaS, I use it to organize everything from product roadmaps to meeting notes and client documentation. The block-based editor makes it incredibly easy to structure information, and the database views (table, kanban, calendar) let me track tasks and projects in one place. The ability to link databases together and create relational structures is something I haven't found as elegantly done elsewhere.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The performance can be sluggish, especially with large databases or complex pages that have many embedded blocks. Loading times on mobile are noticeably slow. The offline mode is also quite limited, which is frustrating when working without a stable internet connection. Additionally, the pricing model becomes expensive when adding team members, which is a pain point for small startups. A more affordable team tier would be very welcome.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Notion, I was juggling multiple tools — spreadsheets for tracking tasks, Word docs for documentation, and sticky notes for ideas. Everything was scattered. Notion consolidated all of this into one workspace. Now I manage my entire product development lifecycle, from feature planning to sprint tracking and technical documentation, in one place. It has saved me several hours per week and improved collaboration with my team significantly.

 ### 41. Very usefull for students !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan L. | Soutien scolaire en Histoire et HGGSP, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Since my last review, Notion has improved a lot in the readability of its interface, in the ease of modifying the text we write and in many small details that make life easier. Above all, the central point is the development of AI agents which really make our lives easier and allow us to concentrate on what is essential.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Getting started with Notion can still be confusing but it's because it's very complete.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Notion AI, I can reorganize my courses in an extremely efficient manner and quickly create concise summaries. Additionally, Notion AI proves to be very handy when I need to translate documents I'm working with that are not in my language. Overall, Notion is an incredibly useful tool that helps me with my work organization.

 ### 42. Seamless Integration with Claude Boosts Notion's Utility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chuck H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion for both personal and work needs, primarily for organizing and handling AI meeting notes. I really like the integration with Claude, which helps update or build templates and even created a mileage tracker in Notion to monitor my gas usage to Las Vegas and calculate my MPG. The Meeting AI transcription and meeting notes/action items are standout features that save me a lot of time. It’s great for keeping my notes for work and personal projects updated, and the initial setup was easy too, especially when I discovered the integration with Claude.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I wish there were more templates, so I'm not spending too much time trying to create them myself. Plus, sometimes my pages get buried.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for AI meeting notes, which saves time by organizing and extracting action items easily. Integration with Claude helps me build templates and keep project notes updated, like tracking mileage and gas usage.

 ### 43. A great customisable one and done tool for managing complex projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Orlaith T. | Freelance Content Marketing Strategist | B2B Tech & Cybersecurity |, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the customisation most of all for managing all of our marketing projects, regardless of the specs. I like how each member of our team can have a very granular and refined overview of each segment they own.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think it is complex to onboard at the beginning, you have to be patient and take your time to build out your entire database. It takes patience.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel like it is built to handle really complex, messy and fragmented information systems, but with an aesthetically clean UX/UI approach.

 ### 44. Flexible and User-Friendly Workflow/Document Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederick L. | Marketing Coördinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I find it really handy that Notion is so flexible and that I can completely tailor it to suit my workflow and preferences. I also like that Notion offers the possibility to set up many pages and subpages from a basic structure, which makes its use interactive and organized. Additionally, it just looks nice. I greatly appreciate that Notion is so comprehensive and can replace various tools without becoming slow or unresponsive. Especially the flexibility and ease with which I can create personalized dashboards and even my own apps, I see as a big advantage.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find the Notion Mail and Notion Calendar apps a bit messy because they are separate apps. Also, the built-in AI feature of Notion is somewhat limited in use and you encounter limits. Sometimes the breadcrumb, which indicates where you are, is not always clearly visible. And there is quite a learning curve; you need a bit of experience and a feel for system setup.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Notion handy because it replaces various tools. It eliminates the need for multiple apps for task planning and document writing. Making subpages interactive gives me peace of mind and it improves my workflow through its flexibility and customization.

 ### 45. Versatile and Intuitive, Perfect for Personal Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos T. | Technical Project Manager, Online Media, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I enjoy using Notion for a variety of tasks, especially for keeping my notes organized and displaying data in tables. What I like most is the simplicity and polished look of the platform, along with the vast options for integration with other platforms. Notion's cross-platform capabilities are very well done; it doesn't feel clunky or forced like other apps. I use Notion on desktop, mobile, and even my tablet, and it syncs very well across different platforms and operating systems, maintaining a great look and feel everywhere. The initial setup was super easy with Google authentication.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Tables could be more flexible, more like in Excel kind of style. They could have more options for formulas and custom calculations. More formulas support and more options for visuals like Excel or PowerBI would be great. Basically, there should be a simpler version for simple tasks and a more advanced version for power users.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to organize notes, manage reminders, track budgets, and handle light accounting tasks.

 ### 46. Efficient Workflow Management with Excellent AI Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajay S. | Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I use Notion throughout the organization to store images, creatives, and other things while maintaining workflows and ensuring everyone is aligned with deadlines. Notion solves the big issue of maintaining everything on one base while efficiently managing workflows. I love that multiple people can collaborate in the same space and store various files while accessing automation at the same time. Hands down, the user experience is great, and I find the most efficient part how effectively they have integrated AI. Notion makes finding files easy with its AI software and serves as a one-stop shop for tools, reducing the number of apps we need.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think it can be quite overwhelming at the beginning. A more effective introduction would be really helpful. The initial setup was a difficult part and they definitely need more introduction.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for storing images and creatives, maintaining workflows, and ensuring team alignment. It solves the problem of managing everything on a single platform, enabling efficient collaboration and automation. It also simplifies finding files and reduces the number of apps needed.

 ### 47. Efficient Documentation Tool with a Learning Curve

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | HR Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion seems easy to navigate and we are able to stay organized with specific content. We use Notion as our company's internal Wikipedia for team documentation and company-wide documentation. I enjoy being able to create automatic workflows, and we've been able to create databases in the system, which makes my job easier. We have Notion connected to many tools like HubSpot, Claude, Slack, and Google Drive, which is valuable for us.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Although we have Notion more organized now because we took some time to complete this initiative, it was a bit of a challenge to do so. With the help of support we got there, but we just assumed this may have been a little bit easier. At times, we were just unsure where to find certain tools.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion eliminates frequent team questions by providing a centralized forum for documentation.

 ### 48. The Go-To Tool for Organized Event Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres D. | Brand Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like that Notion provides one place where I can have every piece of information organized. I can include photos, share with my teammates, and add comments about events, which is super helpful. I also appreciate being able to add tasks and different pages, allowing my teammates to organize themselves based on priority and date. I find it really useful that I can add an event with photos, comments, and all the details, and the event will automatically be organized by dates. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started with my team smooth. I switched from Google Sheets because Notion is more automated.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't like that when I link a sheet from Drive to Notion, the format changes. It would be better if it kept the same format. Also, I want to add and delete multiple photos at the same time.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion organizes all my information in one place, including photos, and allows team sharing and comments. I can add tasks and manage events with automatic date organization, transitioning from Google Sheets for better automation.

 ### 49. Effortless Organization with Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Smarth G. | Software Trainee

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I mainly use Notion for maintaining my to-do tasks, study notes, code snippets, and as a notepad. The feature I appreciate the most about Notion is its templates, which are really well organized, making it easier for me to not have to manually organize my notes, snippets, and other stuff. I love how I can save my data in multiple formats, like making tables or nested pages and creating multiple views to organize my media neatly. The ability to add entire databases, media, PDFs, embedded links, charts, forms, and import different types of files into my pages is excellent. I also enjoy Notion's clean interface and ease of use, which makes organizing information feel effortless. The flexibility to customize pages and workflows exactly how I want is a huge advantage, and I love the fact it works really well on my phone.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

One downside of Notion is that it can sometimes feel slow, especially with large or complex pages. Also, the learning curve can be a bit steep when trying to fully utilize the advanced features like databases and relations. Notion could be improved with better performance on large pages and a simpler learning curve for advanced features.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion to avoid manual organization with its well-organized templates and versatile formats, saving time and effort.

 ### 50. Second brain

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Native Claude integration, automatic meeting transcription and direct connection with email and calendar. Everything lives in one place, which cuts context switching and removes the need to copy information between tools. Daily use feels lighter.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The blank-canvas feel can be a bit overwhelming. There’s a lot of freedom right away, but not enough guardrails to help you get started. I often end up asking the AI to structure things for me, or I rely on ready-made templates just to get going. Overall, the onboarding could be more welcoming for new users who simply want a working setup quickly.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing scattered information. Before Notion, notes, meeting records, project docs and references lived in different tools. Now everything sits in one workspace, connected to email and calendar, with AI helping to structure and retrieve content. Saves time and with better performance.
