"Notion Keeps Project Discussions and Action Items Perfectly Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

I like how easily I can keep discussions next to the work. Comment threads on pages and individual blocks mean feedback on a project doc stays with the section it’s about, instead of getting lost in chat or email. I also use the to-do checklists all the time. I can turn meeting notes into action items on the spot and tick them off as the project moves. Together these make Notion my main place for project docs and follow-ups, and I spend less time chasing status across tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

The flip side of having discussions everywhere is that busy pages build up a lot of comment threads, and it gets hard to catch up on what’s new or still unresolved. I like that I can open a thread in a separate view so I can focus on one conversation, but right now it doesn’t feel user-friendly. Moving between threads and getting back to where I was in the page takes more clicks than it should. A clearer way to see unread or open threads in one place would help a lot.
