"Powerful writing tool, Simple UI with Great Integrations and AI Features"

5/5

What do you like best about Notion?

Notion has a quite unique document structure and a very simple yet powerful UI. It is very easy to integrate it with other apps (like Slack, email, etc) or MCP AI applications. It includes AI features that help both writing pages, correcting your writing or do smart search.. Easy to publish your page as an static webpage or export it as PDF. What do you dislike about Notion?

When exporting to PDF, it does not support diagrams in mermaid. In other words, it is great it has native support for Mermaid diagrams, but bad that you cannot export them to PDF (it exports the code, not the rendered diagram). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion has a solid structure and good (though fairly simple) formatting options, which makes it easy to keep things well documented and organized through a hierarchical system. It also lets us collaborate very effectively by creating dynamic documents, maintaining a comprehensive history of changes, and adding comments that can be followed up like conversations. Overall, it’s a great tool for building living documentation and collaborating on shared texts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
