"All-in-One, Flexible Workspace with a Clean UI and Powerful Notion AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Notion?

What I like most about Notion is how it combines notes, documentation, project management, and AI in one flexible workspace. The clean UI and drag-and-drop structure make it easy to organize information and adapt pages to different workflows.

I especially value the databases, templates, integrations, and Notion AI. AI helps me summarize information, refine content, and find useful context without constantly switching tools. Performance is generally smooth, even when managing larger workspaces.

The biggest benefit is reduced tool switching—my notes, documentation, tasks, and knowledge can live in one place. The pricing also feels reasonable considering how many workflows it can replace, while the onboarding experience is simple enough to get started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Notion can become overwhelming as workspaces grow, especially when there are many databases, pages, and nested structures. Performance can occasionally slow down with large or complex pages. Some advanced features and AI capabilities are also tied to higher-priced plans, which can make the overall cost less attractive for smaller teams. A few integrations and automations could be more seamless, and finding the right information in a large workspace can sometimes take extra effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
