"Notion’s Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Fits My Workflow"

5/5

What do you like best about Notion?

What I like most about Notion is how flexible and truly all-in-one it feels. I can keep my notes, tasks, projects, and other information organized in a single place, and I can customize everything to match the way I work. I feel the value is good for what I’m paying because Notion replaces several separate tools for notes, task management, project organization, and documentation. Having everything in one place saves me time and makes it easier to stay organized. The AI features add extra value by helping with things like summarizing and drafting, although I’d like to see even more advanced AI capabilities for the price. What do you dislike about Notion?

The main thing I dislike about Notion is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming. With so many customization options and features, it takes time to set everything up the way I want, and even simple tasks can end up requiring more steps than I expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notion helps me solve the challenge of keeping information, tasks, and projects organized when they’re spread across different tools. Having everything in one flexible workspace makes it much easier to find what I need, stay on top of my priorities, and collaborate smoothly without constantly switching between apps.
