I always loved how simple the system is to use. We used to log all packages by hand. This easily took 3-4 hours each day. Now, it takes us about 30 minutes if we aren't interrupted. They keep adding new features, and they are willing to personally help me if I need help. I'm not passed to three or four people. It's always the same person. I wish there was a way to email separate people depending on which mailroom they oversaw, or have multiple people receive emails (like a cc). That way the responsible director can answer each email without having to forward emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
