The functionality to export data to Excel, PDF and Word made it really easy to save and share data internally without lots of manual effort. The in-app guidance was also helpful for collaboration, with teams able to see past answers, peer information, and leverage AI pre-fill data to help guide our benchmarking process and refine our answers. One or two features to decrease manual admin, such as marking questions as completed in less clicks and perhaps a couple more feature explanations in the platform would be helpful. That said, more of a suggestion than something we disliked! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
