We've been on a journey with Northwoods and used Pilot and CoPilot and now Traverse. When we needed a new system, we interviewed other companies but returned to Northwoods due to their customer service. Even once we implemented Traverse, they listened to our needs and supported us. We love their web-based product that takes the extra stress off of our own IT folks. I also love their online reports and online support. They understand the roles and hoops that social workers encounter daily, and they seriously consider that as they design and continue to improve their projects. What do you like best about Northwoods Consulting Partners?
